W81A8 - ID, Jig & Bore Grinding - Resin and metal bonded diamond and CBN wheels available for all your grinding requirements. Bond matrixes are available for wet, mist and dry grinding. Diameters range from 18" to 2", thicknesses from 18" to 1" and diamond depths from 18" to 14".

2A2T - Vertical Spindle Surface Grinding - Extensive selection of rim widths available in both resin and metal bonds to handle all your grinding requirements. State-of-the-art bond technology specifically developed for vertical spindle grinding coupled with premium diamond make for the most cost effective wheel in today's marketplace. Diameters from 6" to 22" and rim widths from 14" to 5" are available.

State-of-the-art plating facilities and advanced production methods combine to produce the best diamond and CBN electroplated wheels available in the market today. The latest CNC equipment coupled with an advanced CADCAM system allow for the production of virtually any electroplated grinding wheel and tool. All drawings and specifications are kept on file for instant access and immediate production.

Premium diamond core drills available ranging in size from 0.030" to 4.125" outside diameter0.011" to 4.025" inside diameter. Both thin wall and thick wall drills are available, in addition to disintegrating center drills, double core drills and drills with slotted rims. Advanced metal bond technology allows for fast, free drilling with minimum diamond section wear. Tolerances ranging from +- 0.0005 to + 0.0030 can be accurately held. Core drills can be produced with lengths ranging from 2" to 15" depending on drill diameter. All industry standard adaptors available for mounting in addition to a selection of custom mounts.

1A1R - Resin Bond - Carbide - Premium resin bonded diamond wheels designed for maximum life to cutsliceslot carbide. Bond matrixes are available for wet, mist and dry applications. Extensive selection of in-stock wheels. Diameters range from 2" to 22, thicknesses from .025" to .125" and diamond depths from 18" to 38".

1A1- OD, Cylindrical, Centerless, ID & Surface Grinding - Premium bond systems, engineered to provide long life and free cutting action, to handle the most demanding applications. A wide range of sizes are available in both resin and metal. Diameters range from 34" to 30", thicknesses from 18" to 12" and diamond depths from 116" to 12".

NORTH JERSEY DIAMOND WHEEL provides the highest quality diamond compound available. You can expect rapid, accurate lapping, polishing and super-finishing. Only premium, precision graded diamonds that have been tested for purity, shape and accuracy of sizing, are used. The diamond particles are uniformly dispersed in a water soluble, oil soluble or wateroil soluble based lubricant. The compounds are available in both medium and heavy concentration and either screw top jars or syringes. Jars are available in 5, 25, 50, 100 and 200 grams. Syringes are available in 5, 10, 18, 25 and 50 grams. Diamond compounds are color coded, according to industry standards, for easy identification.
