For 600 VAC-class, grid-connected battery energy storage applications utilizing solar, Dynapower offers its Solar Power Systems (CPS) family of utility grade, bi-directional, true four-quadrant, Digital Signal Processor (DSP) controlled inverterconverters. Dynapowers flexible and highly modular SPS optimizes the transfer of energy between a DC energy storage system and a three-phase grid. The SPS provides power conditioning (voltage and frequency support) for intermittent loads and renewable generation. Systems are available in indoor and outdoor configurations.

Dynapower designs and manufactures thyristor rectifiers and fast switching IGBT chopper rectifiers for large applications such as electrowinning, electrochemical, electrorefining, electroplating and other specialized applications. These are available in 6, 12, 18, and 24 pulse sets with higher order combined systems available. Each multi-pulse arrangement is in an ANSI configuration that is selected for the voltagecurrent values of the application. The multi-pulse criteria is selected to reduce the supply side harmonic content, reduce output DC ripple, and provide improved regulation.
