We make disks from " to 24". We offer this product with PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive), Velcro or Magnetic backings as a separate item. Our diskscome with or without arbor holes to provide you with an uninterrupted work surface allowing you to use the full surface of the disk.

Designed to polish and finish any surface that electric or pneumatic tools cannot. They are ideal to retouch scratched tops, polish edges and under-mounted sinks. The hand pads have a foam backing and are excellent at conforming to the material being worked.

This product consists of a hard plastic hub with a layer of foam between the hub and belt. This wheel performs aggressively, with a slight drape to eliminate scratching and flat spots. It is a value packed alternative to other wheels on the market. They are excellent for sanding and polishing and produce excellent finishes with a high concentration of diamond. Flex wheels are excellent for coarse sanding and polishing gemstones and are a fine solution for the machine tool industry for coarse sanding and polishing carbide tools.

Eastwind Diamond Abrasive Handpads are available in 60 mesh through 800 mesh (25 micron). Excellent to reach surfaces that electric tools cannot. Can be used for quick edging, beveling or burr removal. Provides a more uniform surface on flat materials and a cleaner more even edge on chamfers and arises.

The thin yet strong metal backing resists punctures and deformation by sharp corners and edges, while the soft spongy handpad provides comfort and safety for the tool operator.

Traditionally Cerium Oxide polishing was a messy process involving slurry and the cleanup and filtration issues related to slurry use. Eastwind Diamond Cerium Products eliminate the waste while providing a long lasting and durable solution to industrial and lapidary polishing. The cloth backing provides a stong, flexible base for the resin bonded cerium, while resisting heat deformation caused by the heat generated by the very aggressive cerium media.

We receive calls from customers stating that a product has lost all of its diamond coating and had them return the product only to discover that the product needed to be dressed. The way to eliminate the appearance of having lost coating is to dress the diamond product by running a piece of fine 220 mesh aluminum oxide (a dressing stick) over the surface for five to ten seconds. This effectively breaks down the vacuum and should eliminate the scratches. You simply run your belt or disk on the machine that you are using, apply plenty of water while doing it, and press an edge of the stick against the belt or disk for 5-10 seconds. The edge that you have pressed against the belt or disk will be worn down. Be sure to follow this procedure using lots of water to flush the disc or belt. The belt or disk should then give you great response to whatever application you are doing.

They are available in 60 mesh through 800 mesh (25 micron). They are ideal for grinding large surfaces where hydroplaning and grinding force are factors. Our disks come with or without arbor holes to allow you to use the full surface of the disk to maximize your results. The diamond dot material is available in disk sizes up to 18" diameter and in sheets up to 18" x 24" for larger job applications.

We are distributors of fine quality diamond powders in various meshmicron sizes, i.e. 4050 mesh to 110 micron (250, 000 mesh). We also supply diamond coated in 50% copper or 30% to 56% nickel. If you require 60% nickel, it can be special ordered. The diamond powder is available in very weak friable particle for very fast cutting to a strong tough particle for your most demanding application.
