The ROBD Simulator Accessory Package will simplify the set-up of the ROBD into your flight trainingsimulating program. The accessory package was designed to guarantee proper integration of all components with the ROBD2 or ROBD3 system (full list of included components below). Step by step instructions are provided for connecting the power, audio and video sources, for the SUT, the instructor monitoring the test and additional personnel who wish to observe.

Environics Ambient Monitor Calibrator with Ozone Generators facilitate dynamic calibration of ambient air analyzers. These instruments automatically perform zero, precision, span and multi-point calibrations using NO, NO2, SO2, CO, O3, hydrocarbons and other gases of interest. All ozone generators are factory calibrated using a NIST traceable ozone standard. The Series 6100, Series 6103 and Series 9100 all meet or exceed U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements.

The Environics Series 7000 Zero Air Generators are pure air generator systems that are capable of continuous delivery of up to 20 standard liters per minute (SLPM), 30 pounds per square inch (PSI) of dry, contaminant-free air. The ZAG will produce ultra high purity zero grade air either from an existing compressed air source or as a powerful stand-alone unit. The air is a perfect method for generating zero reference calibration gas, ultra-pure combustion air for flame ionization detector, service air for pneumatically operated valves, hydrocarbon free chromatography use and general laboratory use. The output from the ZAG provides a stable and repeatible air supply for comparable results regardless of location making it ideal for mobile lab. Using a generator also removes the need for gas cylinders, making it more convenient, safer and less expense. The Zero Air Generator includes a color-changing moisture indicator to alert you to the presence of water vapor. If water vapor is present, the indicator will change from white to blue. When the water vapor is removed, the indicator will revert to its white color. The ZAG also includes with dual pressure regulation for enhanced performance.

The humidification option allows specific Relative Humidity (RH) levels to be added to the output gas of the system. RH levels between 0 - 95% can be achieved. The humidifier is factory calibrated for a specific RH level to an accuracy of 5% (assuming a constant flow rate and gas temperature), and is NIST traceable. Series 2014 with Optional HumidificationThe humidification option is rear panel mounted and consists of a humidifier and a 250mL gravity feed D.I. water reservoir. The humidifier is made from a water vapor permeable tube made of Nafion (a Teflon derivative). The humidification option incorporates a continuous purge path to prevent moisture build-up and condensation. he Series 500 Stand Alone Humidification System is an exciting new product from Environics. The standard configuration is a passive system. The oven allows for single or multiple disposible permeation tubes. The system is extremely reliable, with accurate and stability of the temperature within 0.1oC. The temperature can be anywhere from room temperature to 50oC. A small footprint and light weight makes the Series 500 convenient while adjustments are easy to make with the simple panel mounted controls. As with all Environics systems, the Series 500 is built to order and can be customized to fit your exact needs.
