Standard Air Knife

The Standard Air Knife is EXAIR's original air knife design. It uses a Coanda profile which turns the airflow 90 degrees from its outlet. This creates a low pressure area capable of entraining ambient air at a ratio of 30:1 while producing a powerful airflow. Available from stock in 3" to 48" lengths and made from aluminum or Type 303 stainless steel. Custom sizes and materials are available.

SUPER AIR KNIFE WITH PLUMBING KIT

EXAIR's Super Air Knife is engineered to dramatically reduce compressed air usage and noise while entraining ambient air at a ratio of 40:1. Plumbing kits installed on a Super Air Knife provide properly sized compressed air hose or pipe, and fittings to interconnect the bottom or end compressed air inlets for best performance and simplify installation. Available installed on all Super Air Knives from 24"-108".

Full-Flow Air Knife
