You need a custom-designed and fabricated, yet cost-effective, solution. That's where F.P. Woll & Company comes in. Our packaging designs have set the benchmark for the industry. A custom package is more than just die-cut shapes and a box. It requires knowledge of the market and knowledge of the product. Our background as a manufacturer gives us a unique, first-hand insight into not only what is involved in the making of a product, but the realities, both physical and cost, of various methods of shipping and handling. F.P. Woll's packaging design engineers can get involved at any stage; product development, during a manufacturing run, or even if a custom package already exists and is not performing like you need it to. We have the capacity to work from prints, work from a physical sample, or even work from plain old speculation! At F.P. Woll & Company, we do not "sub out" our design and fabrication work. Everything happens under our own roof. In this day and age of off-shoring and reverse-engineering, this is an important issue. You can rest assured that you any proprietary information or designs that you or your customer have will remain within these walls. We also have our own tool and die shop, and make all of the necessary tools needed for your project in-house. This enables us to make any necessary changes on the fly. Keeping everything in-house also ensures that the costs remain in tight control

A custom-designed style of polyethylene plank. Any density polyethylene can be laminated with an 18" layer of high density PE. Special tools are then built to allow kiss-cut of the foam, enabling a "hinge-style" form, that can contain the protective runners within the shape and eliminate the need for glue. Eliminating glue allows polyethylene to stay "green" and can be recycled at an appropriate facility. Furthermore, it often lends itself to better storage.

Expandable polystyrene (EPS) is a lightweight foam which lends itself well to custom shapes. It can be fabricated into a myriad of forms, ranging from trays, to package inserts, to simple dunnage or filler. EPS foam is recyclable, has low heat conductance, provides constant insulation, and is a proven and tested protective packaging material. With a high R-value, EPS is very effective when temperature-controlled packaging is necessary.

We can custom-fabricate foam packaging for any size case to protect for your fragile assemblies and equipment. Both blow-molded and injection-molded cases are available, in a variety of sizes and configurations.

WollasticTM Fibre has been used for many years as a safe and economical packaging product. Our manufacturing process gives us the flexibility to meet your individual needs. Die-cuts and drum molds will conform to your product' s specifications. WollasticTM Fibre is also produced in cut sizes and sheets to minimize handling and speed up packaging, while maintaining the quality and safety of your shipments. Available in a variety of densities, polyurethane-designed forms can protect the smallest of parts as a custom fabricated package. These style designs work very well in mailer and case applications. Polyurethane foam is open-celled and also available in anti-static form.

In addition to custom cartons, we can fabricate corrugated sheets or boxes in conjunction with various foams, or whatever else may be required.

Nomaco foam profiles are excellent for edge, corner or total protection for items such as furniture, tubs, showers, appliances and more. We can customize Nomaco foam packaging for your unique application; to protect your goods from shock, vibration, breakage and scratches.

F. P. Woll's "Natural Fibre Filter" is available in all types and sizes including pads, rolls & special die cuts.
