Flexible, mat faced duct liner helps absorb equipment and air rush noises over a broad spectrum of sound, trapping and dissipating the noise in the glass fiber matrix. It also offers excellent thermal-insulating properties, helping to reduce energy consumption thereby lowering HVAC costs, conserving natural resources, and reducing emissions into the atmosphere.

The thermal properties of duct liner help control condensation, improve air quality and protect the HVAC system against damage from unwanted moisture. The smooth airstream surface offers low air resistance, enhancing HVAC system efficiency. Our duct liner will not deteriorate and provide sustenance for vermin, nor will it corrode the sheet metal it lines.

Our insulated duct boards exceptionally low leakage rate and high thermal efficiency means minimal heat loss or gain through duct walls, translating into energy savings and improved system performance. The integral fiberglass acoustical insulation attenuates unwanted cross talk, air rush and equipment noise, resulting in quiet air distribution. The built-in vapor retardant reduces the chance of condensation as well as material and stem damage caused by unwanted water.

K-25 Mat Face insulation is a light yellow, medium density flexible duct insulation blanket composed of glass fibers bonded with a thermosetting resin and faced with black fabric. This product features dimensional stability, flexibility, resiliency and excellent handling properties. K-25 Mat Face has the integrity of flame attenuated equipment insulation. Its smooth black fabric facing enhances airflow characteristics, providing resistance to microbial growth and an airflow erosion rating of 5000 fpm. This insulation is specifically designed for the heating, ventilating and air conditioning market and is recommended for acoustical and thermal applications up to a surface temperature of 350F.

Most roll goods and batt fiberglass insulation can be offered plain or faced with FSK or other materials, as well as with or with or without adhesive backing. These materials can be used for thermal insulation in a myriad of OEM applications such as ranges, dishwashers, water heaters, speakers, transportation equipment, noise enclosures, etc.

Glass fiber boards and panels can be used in a variety of industrial and commercial applications such as room partitions, wall panels and structural noise enclosures. They can be supplied either as plain fiberglass insulation boards, fabric covered or with facings such as reinforced foil, FSK, or black mat.

Polyethylene foam
A closed-cell, expanded, extruded, flexible plastic foam with predictable shock absorbing qualities. Used mainly as a protective packaging material, polyethylene foam is used to wrap products such as computer components, frozen foods, furniture, signs, sporting goods and clothing.
Polyurethane foam
A resilient foam that is available in multiple densities both as open and closed cell. Typical applications for urethane foam include surgical scrubbers, x-ray positioning pads, EKG pads, insulation foam, protective foam padding, flexible foam seating and custom insulated containers.

This low cost compressor cover is manufactured from a revolutionary new technology that enables it to perform as well or better than many competitive products of equal weight. It is lightweight and easy to install, providing a cost effective solution to compressor noise. Given these attributes, it has become the industry standard AC sound cover used by most original equipment manufacturers.

Years of research and development have gone into this product. The design has been copied many times over, but our sound attenuating performance cannot be copied. The key to our performance is the combination of a commissioned formula of a mass loaded vinyl barrier together with a very specific polyester de-coupler. These two materials are laminated in a proprietary fashion to produce a sound blanket with industry leading results.

Durability
The Ultra-Coustic Durability cover is our original design. It is a reinforced vinyl envelope wrapped around a fiberglass sound blanket. This sound cover offers good sound absorption at an economical price.
Durability Plus
This compressor cover features the same construction as the Durability cover but with the added dimension of an extra layer of a 12 oz. load barrier material for additional noise control. The weight of the loaded sound barrier material can be increased to 18 oz. per square foot.
Deluxe
When additional sound absorption control is needed, customers turn to the Deluxe compressor cover which adds an extra noise absorber to the Durability Plus cover. This compressor cover has shown superior results with greater than a 12 dBA noise reduction in some applications.

Our High-Temperature sound cover is used when severe conditions or excessive heat is an issue. The material in this cover consists of a quilted fiberglass fabric over a 1 thick fiberglass filler. This material is usable up to 550 degrees F.

Fabricating Services strong and resilient blanket duct wrap delivers significant benefits when used in air handling systems. The thermal efficiency of duct wrap reduces unwanted heat loss or gain from equipment and ductwork, resulting in efficient system performance and energy savings. It also promotes uniform delivery of conditioned air at designated temperatures. This improved system will translate into lower energy usage and environmental benefits through reduced emissions. Our fiberglass duct wrap is easy to install and can virtually eliminate condensation on cold duct surfaces.

We fabricate high temperature blanket fiberglass insulation into parts used in ranges, boilers, fireplaces and many other heated appliance applications. This insulation performs best in temperatures ranging from 0 to 1000 degrees F. Its softer fibers are less irritating, making it easier to handle and install.

ManniGlas is a non-respirable, low cost alternative to silicone and ceramic fiber gasket materials. It excels in applications requiring superior thermal resistance where space is limited. ManniGlas is an excellent high temperature insulator for stoves, furnaces, water heaters, lighting, automotive and in numerous appliance applications.

Mineral wool is made of inorganic fibers derived from basalt, a volcanic rock, in semi-rigid to rigid board form. Advanced manufacturing technology ensures consistent product quality, with high fiber density and low shot content, for excellent performance. Designed to be installed between spandrel panel and floor slab in commercial curtain wall systems, it provides a fire-rated seal. It is inorganic and will not support mildew or support corrosion. Mineral wool is available plain or faced.

Ceramic insulation blankets are air laid into a continuous mat and mechanically needled for added strength and surface integrity. Ceramic wraps are available in a wide variety of densities and sizes and do not contain organic binders. Thermal ceramic blankets provide excellent resistance to chemical attack and are unaffected by oil or water.

PVCNitrile or Rubber Blend
These closed cell gaskets are excellent for insulating and absorbing shock. They are approved for automotive and military applications and are available with performance temperatures up to 300 degrees F.
Corkprene
Specialized material designed for extreme long term performance not only seals, but absorbs shock and reduces noise.
Volara Foam
These gaskets are designed specifically for the HVAC market to seal duct connections. Our premium foam gaskets are fabricated from 18th inch Volara foam to provide a sure seal against air leaks. Fabricating Services offers foam gaskets with pressure sensitive adhesive on both sides and are available in individual sizes or in economical sets.
Polyester Foam
These versatile gaskets are approved for various automotive, military, industrial and medical applications. They are made of specialty polyester foams which are fire retardant and meet specific UL requirements.
Polyvinylchloride (PVC) Foam
PVC gaskets are soft and pliable. They are ideally suited for applications involving moisture. They conform well to irregular surfaces and are available with pressure sensitive adhesives. PVC gaskets offer low compression set and improved temperature stability for continuous temperatures over 230 degrees F.
Supersoft Ethylene Proplyene Diene Monomer (EPDM)
EPDM gaskets are exceptionally resistant to degradation from oxidation, heat and UV exposure. It is an ideal choice for applications where the gasket will be subjected to high temperature or exterior exposure. The gaskets low density and softness make it ideal for applications where the accommodation of variable gaps is critical or where ease of compressibility is required.
Silicone
This flame retardant gasket is inert and will not support fungus or bacteria growth. It insulates, seals and absorbs vibration. It can be used as UVOzone resistant high performance gaskets, high temperature thermal shields, condensation seals in gas fireplaces and as vibration mounts. It can also be used to seal in equipment access panels and provide framing for locomotive transformers.
High Temperature Fiberglass and Ceramic
These gaskets are ideal in high temperature applications. They are durable and will not deteriorate. The HVAC, appliance, industrial and automotive industries all rely on both High Temperature Fiberglass and Ceramic gaskets.
Electrical (Fish Paper)
is an electrical insulating material which is chemically pure, with no resins or bonding agents. It is resistant to oils, gasoline and most solvents. Gaskets made of fish paper may be used as insulating gaskets for most general purpose electrical and electronic insulating applications.

The FabShield is designed for easy installation and reduces compressor noise levels by 30% to 50%. Using our proprietary ViDC material, this sound cover is designed to fit most 1-10 ton scroll compressors. This simple design is a two-piece cover that adjusts to the differing widths and heights of an estimated 80% of the AC compressors used in residential systems.
