Introduced in 2013, FallLine now offers the TITAN heavy-duty solid plastic sprocket. Manufactured from a highly wear-resistant engineered plastic, our solid sprockets will deliver a long service life in the toughest applications. These sprockets have excellent resistance to cold temperatures, are UV stable, and have a low coefficient of friction. The TITAN Series Sprockets are direct replacements for factory solid sprockets, or for those wishing to replace their aluminum core polyurethane covered sprockets. NOTE: Sprockets include mounting hardware (mounting ring and bolts).

Heavy-duty direct replacement tiller wings for Prinoth groomers with hydraulic wings. Our wings feature heavy-duty polyurethane construction with a redesigned steel mounting insert. Available in yellow or black.

Poly Boo is a heavy-duty, long lasting bamboo replacement. Poly Boo is manufactured in the USA from a UV stabilized poly material. Available in Red, Blue and Orange. Measures 0.75" x 96", with a 0.125" wall thickness for rigidity. Sold in bundles of 25.

FallLine Polyurethane Bucket edges are intended for use on light & medium duty bucket applications where plowing surface damage is a concern. Our edges feature a specially formulated heavy-duty polyurethane compound with an encased steel plate for added strength. This edge is 2.5" thick and 6" wide, with a 30 bevel on the leading edge and are offered in up to 95" continuous length. Please note that our Polyurethane Bucket Edges are for use in a snowwet environment, and are not designed to be used with down-pressure.

The PrinothBombardier BR275BR350BR400 Premium Series Belt feature a 50% increase in tensile strength over our previous heavy-duty belt (100 Series), along with a higher fastener retention rating, all without sacrificing flexibility. Our new Premium belt also features vulcanized sealed edges, putting an end to fraying edges. The Premium belt is our premier series drive belt for heavier, high horsepower front line groomers. The PrinothBombardier BR275BR350BR400 60 Series Belt employs 3-ply, 600lb tensile strength construction which allows for excellent flexibility & durability at a great value. This belt is our standard inside and outside belt for the majority of groomers, as well drive belts on lighter, lower horsepower machines.

The PB200240260280400 Alum machines utilize our Premium Series Belting. Our new solid polyurethane tirewheel assembly includes a heavy-duty, soft durometer solid polyurethane tire that exhibits excellent tear and abrasion resistance that is bonded to a heavy-duty steel wheel. Our solid tire is ideal for those looking to minimize their tire maintenance and replacement, as the solid tire eliminates the need to check tire pressure and has shown a service life that exceeds that of an air filled or foam filled tire. Our solid tires can be sent back to us for recovery once they reach the end of their service life, eliminating the need to purchase a new assembly.

If we receive your sprocket by Tuesday, we can ship it back to you by Friday of the same week. Pre-existing rubber covered sprockets require additional time. NOTE: Product is for sprocket recovery, not new sprockets, unless noted otherwise.

Send us your new or worn shoes and we will cover them with polyurethane. Polyurethane covered shoes exhibit excellent abrasion resistance and superior physical characteristics, such as tensile strength, tear resistance, elongation, rebound and chemical resistance. Polyurethane covered shoes reduce metal litter and reduce damage to above surface obstacles.
