Our advanced technology equipment and staff of skilled manufacturing technicians enable us to shear, laser cut, punch, and form components from cold rolled steel, and then weld them into sturdy, durable, and functional shelving units that are versatile and attractive. In business since 1965, Fanmar Inc. has developed a reputation for manufacturing innovative and functional point of purchase (POP) displays for a diverse range of retail products. Our broad range of metal fabrication capabilities allowed us to gain a strong foothold in the industry, and the shelving unit shown here is one example of a unit we customized to showcase a specific product. The flexibility of our operations enabled us to take a basic design and alter it to meet the exact customer specifications. This shelving unit featured overall dimensions of 26.023” in width, 26.596” in depth, and 66.053” in height and provides dual-sided product display and adjustable hooks and shelving. Constructed from cold rolled steel, we utilized a variety of forming techniques, including shearing, laser cutting, punching, blanking, and drilling to form the components. High quality spot, MIG, and TIG welds provide durability along with a professional, clean appearance. Built to within ± .005” tolerances, we shipped it to the customer fully assembled and ready to be placed on the retail floor.

As a full service metal fabrication shop, Fanmar Inc. has the manpower, equipment, and expertise to build complex assemblies with accuracy and economy. We manufactured the industrial fan blower pictured here, and its sturdy construction is guaranteed to provide a long lifetime of heavy duty use. Featuring overall dimensions of 46” in length, 38” in width, and 48” in height, we fabricated the components from both cold rolled steel and hot rolled pickled oil steel to give it strength and durability. Our technicians utilized a variety of equipment, including a shear, punch press, laser cutter, grinder, and drill press to fabricate the individual components. We used both spot and MIG techniques to create high-integrity welds, and dimensional and visual inspections at all critical points in the manufacturing process ensured we kept to the tight ± .005” tolerances called for in the customer specification.
