110 Fas-Stick Epoxy Glue is a two-part putty type glue with an epoxy resin base. The Part 1, Resin Side is milky white. The Part 2 Hardener Side is amber. Both components are about the consistency of Vaseline. The glue that results from equally mixing the two components is the strongest yet developed by science. The following properties are characteristic: Adhesion - Unusually high adhesion to concrete, stone, wood, metal, glass, ceramic, rubber and a wide variety of plastic materials. Cohesion - When the resin is properly cured, the cohesion strength within the bond line is so strong and the adhesion of the epoxy to the materials so great that stress failure will often occur in one of the materials being bonded rather than in the epoxy. Shrinkage - Epoxy Glue cures with only a small shrinkage compared to other adhesives. As a consequence, less strain occurs at the bond line and it is stronger. Shrinkage is held to a fraction of 1%. . Stability - Epoxy glue maintains its dimensions and shape under prolonged stress. The stability combined with outstanding tensile, shear and impact strength makes epoxy glue unique among adhesives. Resistance - Unlike most adhesive materials, epoxy glue is highly resistant to moisture. Its resistance to solvents is outstanding. Insulation - Epoxy glue is an excellent insulator to both heat and electric current. USES Gluing stone, concrete, glass to aluminum, foam products together, bonding trim, cabinet shops, assembly and repair of fiberglass products, body repair sealant, and many other glue applications limited only by the imagination.

EPOXO 88's versatile epoxy compound with the following characteristics: Same characterisitics of the regular offered in a clear drying formula. Rapid cure in any film thickness. Sets in 6 minutes after mixing. 1, 500 lbs tensile strength developed in 15 minutes. Strong adhesion to practically any material - fiberglass, foam, aluminum, wood, plastics, etc. May be used as either a filler or a glue. May be sanded and feather-edged in 45 minutes. Has negligible shrinkage. EPOXO 88 is being used by the U.S. Air Force for vehicle and aircraft repair, as well as being used by major airlines. It is also used in the auto glass repair industry. EPOXO 88 is a two-component paste epoxy with equal parts packaged in separate tubes. Directions: An equal amount of each part is mixed together on a smooth surface until a uniform color results. The paste may then be applied to the desired surface. Approximately 6 minutes after mixing, the epoxy will begin to set. Although primarily designed for industrial use, many modelers have discovered this great adhesive! Unlike many other quick-curing epoxies, EPOXO 88 is not rubbery or overly flexible after curing. It makes great fillets! Long shelf life, unopened up to 5 years. We are now selling the 103LVX in different size kits. 103LVX will also come in easy to pour plastic bottles. The size kits are as follows: 3 Pint kit, 3 Quart kit, 1.5 Gallon kit, and 3 gallon kits. Uses: Warehouse docks, floors, sidewalks, walls, and general concrete application. 103-LVX can be mixed with sand to fill in large holes and cracks in concrete. It has enough strength to withstand heavy forklift traffic. - For thin cracks or small holes, use 103-LVX as supplied. 103-LVX seals against leaks without shrinkage. Making High Strength Epoxy Mortar: * Mix 1 gallon of 103-LVX together with up to 3 gallons of 30-65 grade sand. * Slope for drainage can be produced by using 103-LVX mortar. * Gradations down to 18" can be produced without th cracking which would occur with concrete mortar.

Fasco 55f fishing rod epoxy is a modified version of the Clock-Epox #55, especially designed for applying a thick protective coating for restoring or repairing fishing rods. It imparts a smooth mirror-like finish to the grain. 55f fishing rod epoxy forms a tough, durable coating with sufficient flexibility to impart shock-resistance and minimize scratching - perfect for pulling in a big bass! Caution: Material will not set or cure at temperatures below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. A complete cure takes from 36 to 48 hours at 77 degrees Fahrenheit.

For use in our Epoxy. Normally use 1 oz. per quart (4 oz. per gallon). If the exact color you need is not available, a very true color "reproduction match" can be achieved when mixing different color pigments together to blend into the color desired. The best way to color match is to put a small amount of the Epoxy you will be blending on a flat surface such as a piece of cardboard in a very small quantity such as the size of a quarter or half dollar then add the color or colors to Blend to get the correct mix ratio. Then when you know how many parts of each color you need then you can mix the larger quantity in your mix cup. Don't worry about the shelf life on our color pigments, the shelf life on pigments can be measured in years even after opening and will remain fresh for reuse with a little stirring for future projects. When using epoxy that is white like our Steelflex White, you will not be able to get a dark color. If you need to make a dark epoxy for example you will need to start with a neutral base. When using white epoxy as a base you will only be able to achieve a pastel or light color.
