Good propeller gear oil
Analog MH-7.5u. Replaces MK-8 and MS-20
Good propeller gear oil
British Approved DEF STAN 91- 98 (replaces DERD 2487)
French Equivalent AIR 3517
Russian Analogue to TU 38.1011722- 85
Grade MN-7.5u
NATO Code O-149 (equivalent O -159)
Joint Service Designation OX-38
Shelf life 4 yearsThe aviation turbine oil is a 7.5 mms synthetic mixed ester aviation oil that contains a thickener and aviation oil additives that provides an excellent load carrying, thermal and oxidation stability.

AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 is mixed with ester aviation oil that contains a thickener and aviation oil additives. The aviation oil provides an excellent load carrying, thermal and oxidation stability. It can meet the requirements of DERD 2487 (now DEF STAN 91-98), this aviation oil is used to provide a high standard of aviation lubricants in British civil gas turbines.

AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 was developed to be able to meet the requirements of DERD 2487 (now DEF STAN 91-98) and to be able to provide a high standard of aviation lubricants in British civil gas turbines, particularly turboprop engines where a good load carrying aviation turbine oil was required for the propeller reduction gearbox. With an outstanding result from the aviation oil analysis, the Turbine Oil 750 was approved by the Russian authorities as an analogue to MN-7.5u and for those Russian turboprop applications that are required to use the mixtures of aviation mineral oil and aircraft piston engine oil. The aviation oil should not be used in contact with incompatible seal materials and it also affects some paints and plastics because the aviation turbine oil contains a synthetic ester oil.

High Viscosity Index Synthetic Base Fluids used in Turbine Oil 750 has maintained a viscosity and has protected the components more effectively under the high shear stresses that a turbine system can place on the aviation lubricants.
The outstanding high temperature and oxidation stability of AeroShell Oil 750 is a result from the natural properties of the synthetic mixed esters used. These fluids are clean running in that they tend to dissolve varnish and sludge rather than leave deposits on working surfaces. A reason why it is considered as the best aviation oil. The excellent load carrying qualities of AeroShell 750 are demonstrated by the IAE Gear Test and it passed against the DEF STAN 91-98 specification.

The combination of additives used in AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 prevents the formation of oxidation products and provide the superior load carrying properties required to maintain effective lubrication throughout. AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 was approved for its use in the industrial and marine versions of certain aero-engines listed in this leaflet. AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 MSDS indicates that it should not be used with incompatible seal materials, certain paints and plastics. Since it is harmful and irritant, it is recommended that users should avoid contact with the skin since it may cause sensitization through skin contact. The users should wear the adviced Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for industrial applications.

A customer has claimed his review of the product: This is the best aviation oil because it has been proven to be the most technically and commercially successful aviation turbine oil. Not to mention, it has a reasonable price thus with this product quality performance can be reached. I suggest, you should contact your aviation oil distributors for assistance.High Viscosity Index Synthetic Base Fluids used in AeroShell Turbine Oil 750 maintains viscosity and protects components more effectively under the high shear stresses that a turbine system places on lubricants.

  • NATO Code O-125 Obsolete
  • Russian MS-20
  • U.S. Approved J-1899
Promote engine cleanliness
Help keep engines sludge free
Help reduce oil consumption
Help engines reach TBO (Time Between Overhaul)
Protect highly stressed engine parts against scuffing and wearAeroShell Oil W120 is a high-quality aviation oil specially designed for use in warm climates. This ashless dispersant aircraft oil delivers remarkable lubricant performance and also helps avoid formations of metallic ash residues. It also has an excellent clean-engine performance and is specially made for four-stroke cycle certified reciprocating piston engines, including turbocharged and fuel-injected engines.

AeroShell Oil W120 is also available in four different viscosity grades: AeroShell Oil W120, AeroShell Oil W80, AeroShell Oil W100, and AeroShell Oil W65. The suffixes refer to each products viscosity at 210F in Saybolt Universal Seconds. Take note that AeroShell Oil W120 is NOT recommended for automotive engine use.

Please consult the conversion agency or engine manufacturer of automotive engines (converted for aircraft use) for oil recommendations. Many radial engine operators recommend AeroShell Oil W 15W-50 or AeroShell Oil W 15W-50 for cooler ambient temperatures while AeroShell W120 is recommended for warm weather operations. The usual choices for most operators of Continental and Lycoming flat engines are either AeroShell Oil W 15W-50 or AeroShell Oil W100, except during the colder parts of the year wherein AeroShell Oil W100 is replaced with AeroShell Oil W80.

Even though a few engine overhaulers and manufacturers recommend the use of straight mineral oil in recently overhauled engines for break-in, there are several manufacturers and rebuilders who advise the use of an AeroShell W Oil especially for engines such as the Lycoming O-320H. We recommend operators to consult with engine manufacturers or rebuilders for proper recommendations regarding specific engines.

Sugared rhubarb and strawberries come together to be the shining stars in this complex and well balanced blend.Sugared rhubarb and strawberries come together to be the shining stars in this complex and well balanced blend. Combining an oat grain and graham crumble with vanilla cream, this fruity yet savory blend is sure to satisfy both fruit and dessert lovers alike.

Our liquid blends are comprised of 50% VG / 50% PG. Flavors are comprised of both artificial and often natural base ingredients and we offer each flavor in a variety of strength.Due to the lower wattage (and subsequent decreased temperature) of closed tank devices like Cync, most users will find themselves consuming far less liquid on average than they would with their open tank systems. Used in moderation, most Cync users will find themselves using their devices far less often, consuming much lower quantities of liquid, and achieving the same satisfaction and results. For this reason, most Cync liquids are intentionally designed with increased strength in order to deliver the same experience as lower strength liquids experienced with open tanks.
