Flexotherm manufactures a custom-built Portable Heated Sample Conditioning Cube for use in sample analysis. The Sample Conditioning Cube extracts exhaust samples and pushes it into an analytical system for in-depth analysis of the sample.

The Portable Sample Conditioning Cube utilizes Flexotherm's high quality Heated Filter Housing and precise Temperature Controller to ensure complete accuracy and control while extracting the exhaust sample.

Our heated filter housings are designed for use in heated filter set-up or as stand-alone filter housings. Flexotherm manufactures several models of multi-channel temperature control modules in ready-to-use configurations or custom built to your specifications. Temperature control modules from Flexotherm are used in Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) for analysis of a solid, liquid, or gas specimen. The four primary off-the-shelf models accommodate virtually every configuration our customers need to fit wherever they are needed: CS Series - Single Channel, CI Series - In Line Digital Controller, CR Series - Rack Mount Multi-Channel Controller, and the CC Series - Chassis Box Multi-Channel Controllers - and Mini Controllers that hook up directly to the line. Custom-built models are housed within similar platforms. Our multiplexers help improve testing effciency and accuracy while keeping your operators in control at a safe distance. Each model includes a custom-made heated and insulated aluminum manifold designed to provide constant and consistent heating to all components. In order to ensure proper function in the most challenging environments a Dursan SilcoNert coating is an available option for improved resistance to hang-up from ammonia contaminants. Other options include an integrated temperature controller base (inlcuding cables to housing unit) as well as an extended handle shaft.
