Fogco offers a broad range of 1000-psi high pressure misting systems. From our economical direct drive pump to our fully customized units, all of our mist pumps are built with high quality components and have a proven track record of over 25 years. All of our standard direct drive and pulley drive pumps are designed and built with UL recognized components and include thermal and short circuit protection. The direct drive units include a thermal overload in the motor and a fuse protection for the solenoid branch circuit. The pulley drive units include thermal overload in the motor, fuse protection for all branch circuits, and an internal circuit breaker. The pulley drive units also include a low water safety switch which will prevent damage to the pump caused by operating with insufficient water supply. These upgrades make the Fogco range of pumps the most protected and highest rated pumps on the market. Fogco backs that up with our industry leading 5 year warranty! In addition, our pulley drive mist pumps utilize a low speed, 4-pole motor and a pulleybelt transmission. This design reduces the operating speed of the bare pump which reduces the noise and vibration while maintaining the required pressure and flow. The pulley drive pumps are available in 115V or 230V. The direct drive mist pumps are medium duty outdoor rated units. These pumps are ideal for light to medium duty misting applications and provide quality components in a small and convenient platform. They are available in 115V and 230V. If you are looking for a custom solution, Fogco offers completely customized misting pumps for a wide variety of applications that feature custom controls to suit specific needs. Our custom series pumps can be built for voltages from 115V to 575V 3 Phase. Additional components, such as electric zone valves, drain valves, and safety switches are also available. These custom mist system pumps can be designed to include the use of a variable frequency drive (VFD) for multi-zone applications.

Fogco offers both standard impellar nozzles as well as the latest cleanable nozzle design with 1024 threads. Mist nozzles are available in brass or all stainless steel. Fogco also offers a variety of other mister nozzle designs as special order items. These include 1224 threads, 18’ threads with orifice sizes as large as .048”. The Standard nozzle range includes sizes from .008” to .020” orifice. They are available in brass with a stainless steel insert or as special order in stainless steel material. Flow rates for this range vary from 020 gpm to .055 gpm The Cleanable mist nozzles include sizes from .006” to .020” and include an anti drip adapter. They are available in brass or all stainless steel with orifice sizes from .006″ to .020″ and flow rates from .010 gpm to .045 gpm. The Nozzle Adapter range includes extensions, clusters, and swivel fittings and multi thread adapters.

Fogco’s humidity and temperature controllers are all proprietary in design. They have been developed by Fogco specifically for cooling and humidification control using a misting system. The FOGCOntroller II is a single zone controller with 2 separate single poledouble throw relays with programmable delay startstop. This unit can be operated with the internal sensor or it can be connected to one of our external sensors if remote monitoring is required. This controller requires a 24 VAC power supply. Fogco also offers a Blueprint Digital Atmosphere Controller (BDAC). This controller provides some additional functionality and is considered an alternative to the FOGCOntroller II for specific applications. All product specifics can be found on the BDAC product page. Fogco has also developed a line of plug-and-play remote controls designed to be used for any motor up to 2 HP at 115V and 3 HP at 230V. The Universal Remote Control (URC) range is available in a 15 amp and 20 amp version for both 115V and 230V systems. These units provide automated operation of the misting system from a remote location up to 150 feet away. Additional transmittersreceivers can be used to control other pump functions. The remote control unit comes with a key fob transmitter and wireless receiver (in one of 5 available rf channels), and a motor start contactor mounted in an outdoor rated enclosure. The remote control includes a 6 foot power cord and a female receptacle (for plugging the pump directly into the remote control box).

Water filtration is a necessary step for any misting system. Fogco offers a variety of filtration options including sediment and phosphate cartridges. For systems that require purified water, Fogco also offers design and consultation services for incorporating a reverse osmosis (RO) unit into the misting system. Fogco’s filter range includes 1 micron, 5 micron, or 10 micron cartridges as well as a specialty Phosphate cartridge for the 10″ filter canisters. This phosphate cartridge helps minimize the adverse effects of calcium and dissolved solids present in the water supply. For very high flow rates (above 10 GPM), Fogco has a large canister with dual stage cartridge or a multi cartridge filter with a stainless steel canister.
