The LV-1800 non-contact type Laser Doppler Vibrometer uses newly designed interference optical system and has achieved improvement of detection sensitivity by 20 dB compared to the conventional models. The built-in positioning camera makes it easy to check the target by laser beam irradiation.
The LV-1800 can perform amplitude velocity measurements in a wide range of fields that are difficult with a contact type vibration sensor; small actuator using piezoelectric element, cell phones and digital camera with MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems), inverter an other devices in an EVHEV. By using the LV-1800 with FFT Analyzer, it is possible to visualize not just vibration but the state of the vibration.

The level indicator equipped on the sensor helps quick and reliable setup while checking the focal position or detection status at hand.

Small and light-weight sensors with excellent ease of use
Level indicator and error indicator are equipped on the sensor so that checking of detection status and setup become easy. As being designed to be separated from laser light source, the sensor is small and light-weight. Without any restrictions, laser beams can be irradiated in all directions.

Easy storage and transporting
The main unit of the LV-1800 is 33% lighter compared to the conventional model. As the sensor and the cable can be stored in the main body, storage and transportation can be done easily and safely. Storage trunk (option) can store the magnetic stand, illumination unit as well as the main unit.

As the LV-1800 has wide variety of options, you can find suitable applications depending on requirements. For example, using the LV-1800 with an FFT Analyzer and exclusive software can visualize the behavior and characteristics of a target.

The DS-2000 Series is a B5-paper-size signal analysis system. Weighing as little as 2.5 kg , it has achieved the top level of downsizing and lightening among its counterparts in the same class.

The DG-43204340 Digital gauge counters display and calculate the measured values from linear gauge sensors. The Ono Sokki VX-1100 calibration tool combines the three functions of shaker, sensor amplifier, and display all into one compact, easy-to-use tool. A digital display allows the accelerometer sensitivity to be read on-the-spot, and the long battery life makes for a durable calibrator. The DG-2310 digital gauge display has two input channels for displaying and comparing data from the GSBS line of Ono Sokki digital gauge sensors. The standard comparator functions are available, along with Max, Min, and Range. OKNG judgement and alarm operation is available through the same comparator functions. The standard RS-232C connection allows for a quick uplink to a computer for post-analysis.

Highly Accurate Non-Contact Thickness Measurements
Based on a unique, capacitive measurement principle, the CL-2400 provides highly accurate non-contact thickness measurements on a wide array of materials.
Reliable Sensor Technology
The CL-2400 employs Ono Sokki's proven VE-series high-precision, capacitive gap sensors. These sensors are designed to measure the gap between the face of the sensor and the surface of the target material.
Thickness is measured when the target material is placed within the gap formed between two opposing sensors. The simple sensor structure provides excellent durability and reliability. And the non-contact measurement process does not affect the material under measurement.
Static or Running Thickness Measurements
Thickness (and gap) measurements are captured by the CL-2400 every 20 milliseconds for the duration of a measurement period (from measurement START to STOP). Maximum, minimum, and range for gap and thickness data are recorded during the measurement period.

In addition, BCD output is provided and can be configured to output a moving average (from 1 to 64 samples) during each measurement period. The optional RQ-1410 Printer with SPC functions can be connected to the CL-2400 for hardcopy results.

Measurement Automation
BDC output, RS-232 computer interface, and remote control inputs are provided for external control, analysis, and measurement automation.

The GS-1530A Digital Linear Gauge sensors from Ono Sokki are ideally suited for the production environment. Their dust-proof, splash-proof construction conforms to protection class IP64 and permits use in dusty environments or areas subject to drips or splashes. Endurance testing shows these units will operate to 5 million cycles and beyond.
