GDS Inc. is your comprehensive outsourcing solution provider for manufacturing OEM weldments and sub-assemblies. Weldments are fabricated in our Class 100 cleanroom, white room, and 2000 square foot fabrication shop. Computer controlled welding lathes equipped with wire feed capability and Orbital Tube and Pipe Welding systems are used for the fabrication of welded assemblies ranging from 18″ tube size up to 6″ pipe sizes.

GDS Inc. custom spools are designed to eliminate process fittings and reduce dead leg entrapment areas. Our fabrication method includes the use of precision equipment and proven welding and polishing techniques to produce precision, high quality assemblies.
