GIS Products introduces our USA made, high performance billet, stainless steel, washable and reusable superb flow filters. For those who want and appreciate quality, these high performance billet, stainless steel, washable and reusable filter will take you to the highest level of filtration performance. Filter Element: Designed and engineered for the aerospace industry, for rugged, high temperatures, and extreme filtration environments, made of pleated, 304 stainless steel, 10 micron (.000392"), 1.375"(inch) diameter. There is a total of 6.2 square inches of effective filtration area, providing maximum flow of 900 gallons per hour simultaneously with no restriction and no drop in pressure. The filter element is washable and reusable indefinitely; cleaned easily with air or soluble rinse. Bodies: The finest CNC machining from 6061 aluminum, Clear Anodize, give you the clearance for use in any type of fuel, oil etc. The billet, stainless steel, washable, reusable, and performance filter assembly is reversible to provide full fuel bypass to prevent fuel starvation in racing applications. The interchangeable threaded end caps are sealed with rubber O-rings that will withstand over 6, 000 pounds per square inch of pressure. Filters can be used in other applications such as: Transmission, Power Steering, Rear End Gears and more.

The Selector enables the mounting of the fuel valve at any desired location. For Choppers especially, this device will keep the fuel tank bottom clear from hoses or petcock. Most chopper tanks, are usually raised up in the front section and installing petcock in front or middle part of the tank, will not allow to drain or use all the gasoline in the tank. The SELECTOR needs two hoses coming from the gas tank one for "ON" position and the other for "RESERVE". Hoses can come from the very end of the fuel tank, allowing you to use 100% of fuel capacity, In some applications cross over outlets can be used. SELECTOR uses the same mechanism as our BALL PETCOCK with 90 degrees detent movement between “ON” to “OFF” to “RESERVE”. The second generation SELECTOR comes with two SWIVEL INLETS FITTINGS, (Industry First). In the “OFF” position both inlets and outlet are “SHUT OFF”, making it A REAL FUEL TANK SELECTOR not a fuel tank equalizer.

Our stainless steel fuel filters have matchless quality and performance in the racing industry for years and now we would like to introduce our brand new “G” Oil Fuelfilters. The “G” filter contains a 304 stainless steel pleated element with 8040 square inches of filtration area that is washable and reusable indefinitely. It features quick and comfortable access to filter element without any tools and without ever disconnecting the line, by simply unscrewing the cap on top by hand and removing filter element without spilling any oil. Outlet is raised inside the filter body to keep dirt out while removing filter element for cleaning. A drain screw is provided on the lower front of the body, while OilFuel is drained from the bottom. The “G” stainless steel oil filter has a built-in anti-drain valve to prevent dry starts. This feature could be useful in certain applications or it may be easily omitted if desired. “G” Filter has by-pass check valve to insure oil flow.
