G6-Impact™ filament is a new promising addition to our rapidly expanding line of functional FDM materials. G6-Impact™ is strong with some degree of flexibility and exceptional shock mitigation and vibrational damping performance. The unique synergetic performance of graphene and carbon fibers will expand your capabilities far beyond what used to be possible by helping you 3D print high precision objects with great vibration damping performance while at the same time maintaining bearing capacity and high impact resistance.
Fluorinated Graphene Nanoplatelets: GF-6 is first of a new line of halogenated graphene materials. Fluorinated graphene is a novel graphene derivative. The formation of covalent C-F bonds is accompanied by sp2 to sp3 structural transition of C-C bonds. This results in improved surface activity as well as processability of GNPs. Unlike graphene, GF-6 displays better dispersibility in polar solvents such as DMA, THF, etc. Depending on the FC ratio, the material exhibits a range from metallic to semiconducting to insulating electronic behavior. GF-6 contains 6 at. % of fluorine and comprised of an average of 37 graphene layers. Our material can be utilized in various applications such as batteries, nanocomposites, epoxies, etc.
This material is a new addition to a family of 2D crystals. Unlike graphene oxide, this new material can be dissolved in a variety of organic solvents. However, this material is hydrophobic and can not be dissolved in water. The functionalized graphene oxide can be used for numerous applications as a reinforcement for polymers and nanocomposites as well as for the preparation of hydrophobic films. The highlights for Functionalized Single Layer Graphene Oxide include:
Pure carbon will greatly improve the thermal properties of graphene. Graphene is grown from a mixture of Carbon-12 (12C)and Carbon-13 (13C). The combination of these two isotopes will affect the properties of CVD grown graphene. The properties of graphene will improve when the nuclei is identical. With a nuclide data showing a natural abundance of 1.109%, our Isotopic 13C single layer CVD graphene on copper foil product is made solely from Carbon-13 (13C).
There is a strong demand for high-performance conductive adhesives in many industries including electronics, packaging, and applications such as die attachments and solderless interconnections, component repair, display interconnections, etc. The G6-SilverGraphene Conductive Epoxy G6E-SG™ has been developed to satisfy this growing demand. SilverGraphene Conductive Epoxy G6E-SG™ is a two component adhesive intended for high performance bonding, sealing and coating purposes. We use a proprietary mix of silver and graphene materials to achieve a superb combination of mechanical and electrical properties.
Our Conductive Thermoplastic Polyurethane Pellets, a material by Graphene 3D Lab, is specifically designed to allow you to develop electrically conductive components by injection molding and other polymer forming techniques. The conductive pellets are composed of TPU, carbon additive and proprietary aid material for use at room temperature and exhibits excellent conductive properties for a host of applications. In order to determine if the material will work for your project, you will have to keep in mind that the resistivity will change depending upon your print.
