Grayline manufactures flexible tubing that is made from a wide variety of materials that offer their own distinctive characteristics to meet your application requirements. In those special applications that may benefit from a unique solution, our Engineers will work with our polymer compounders to select or develop an optimal material for you.

Grayline manufactures tubing for use in many different fluid transfer applications, including (but not limited to) chemical resistant tubing, food & beverage tubing, medical tubing, fuel & oil resistant tubing, and pneumatic & hydraulic tubing. Grayline fluid transfer tubing meets the requirements of various industry standards, including USP Class VI, NSF 51, NSF 61, FDA Title 21 and 3-A. Grayline also offers non-phthalate fluid transfer tubing products. In addition to our standard product lines, Grayline offers custom solutions as well as new product development. Our engineering staff is eager to assist you with your specific tubing application by working with our compounders to select or develop a material that optimally meets the requirements of your application.

In 1966, Grayline began manufacturing flexible PVC tubing designed specifically for use in wire harnesses and other electrical applications. We soon expanded our product offerings to include heat shrinkable PVC, heat shrinkable polyolefin, and non-heat shrinkable tubing made from a variety of polymer materials, as well as braided fiberglass sleeving and expandable sleeving. Grayline electrical grade tubing products meet the requirements of various industry standards, including ULCSA, ASTM, AMS, Automotive, Military and EU Directives. When used in wiring harnesses or other electrical applications, Grayline tubing serves to electrically insulate, bundle and protect wires and other components. Heat shrinkable tubing products also provide an environmental seal to prevent liquid, gaseous or solid contaminants from reaching sensitive components.
