This simple coding device is designed to integrate with a conveyor transporting cartons, cases or trays. Models are available that can print either registered print in precise locations or random repeating messages. It can print on the top, side or bottom of moving packages. By using quickly interchangeable rubber type characters it produces sharp, dark, clear text messages and date information automatically.

Ruggedly designed the Series 100 can be installed in small areas and can be reversed for product flow in either direction. It is delivered with a simple two screw mount for the side of the conveyor so that you can begin to use the coder within minutes of its delivery to your plant.

Rubber type characters, or complete messages and company logos, are available in numerous different sizes and styles. The unit can be used with two types of ink roils; pre-inked disposable rolls, or rolls that can be re-inked by the user.

The Accufast P4 Thermal Ink Jet Printer is a fully integrated feeding and handling system for flat cartons and cards that is supplied with one Split Print Imager. Each section of the Split Imager is capable of holding two print cartridges (each cartridge with a 12 print height) for a total of 1 print width from each Split. Between the two Split imagers the total print height is 2. Each section of the Imager can be precisely positioned along a rail for exact print positioning. This print system can supplied with a selection of feeding devices to suit the size and characteristics of the goods to be printed. If needed a sliding stand can also be provided for easy changeover from one feeder to another.

The system takes a single item to be printed from the bottom of a controlled stack, feeds that single item into the print portion of the system where the inkjet cartridges can deposit the image, text, bar codes or other print images that have been design on the free software. Once printed, each item can be dropped into a simple collection device or placed onto an extended shingling conveyor for easy further handling without print interruption.

The P-4 is capable of ultra-high print speeds and data handling that allow for individualized printing of ever changing information without print speed sacrifice. Print resolutions up to 900 dots per inch are easily selectable in the programming software in order to give the best print images possible on any material.

A heavy duty tabletop hot stamp coder designed to work 247 for printing onto flat cartons, envelopes, cards and many other surfaces. Table top systems are designed for operations that are either hand packed or are of lower volumes that dont need on line coding. They are also often used when several packaging in lines can be supplied with coded materials from the output of one such unit. Hand loaded and unloaded by a single operator, table top units can produce up to approx. 20-25 coded pieces of packaging materials per minute. Cost efficient and ultra-flexible these units may be all you need to satisfy your material coding requirements. If in the future production grows to the point where in-line coding is an advantage, the hot stamp unit can be removed from the table top base and can be installed in-line on other packaging systems.

The printer uses metal type and color hot stamp ribbon to create the image and is available in two print areas; 2 x 4 and 4 x 4.

The Series 200 HD is of such exceptionally rugged design that it is optimal for any carton, case or tray coding application or environment. It is ideal for date, batch or logo printing on almost any top, bottom or side moving surface. Its design even allows for printing on uneven or bulging surfaces. Inks are available for printing on both porous and non-porous materials.

Models are available for both registered or random print, with maximum print lengths from 15 18 and print heights between 78 3 78. A wide selection of rubber type characters are available to suit virtually every print need.

Simple installation and superb rugged design make this system an easy choice for coding cartons, cases and trays in harsh andor heavy production environments.

This is absolutely the simplest and most cost efficient way to code cartons, cases or trays, or other flat goods made of absorbent materials. It can be used to code on formed or flat goods. It is perfect for small runs or for moving between packaging lines.

It is absolutely simple to operate as the print drum always returns to the proper start point for consistently located print. It uses water base ink that dries instantly on absorbent material in conjunction with a re-inkable felt roll. It requires no maintenance as it has no parts to oil or clean. The Handi-Coda uses easy to change rubber type to create the print information.

The unit is available in two models; the HC- 6 which can print 2 tall by 6 long, and the HC-9 which prints 2 tall by 9 long. Either unit makes an ideal back up for other carton coding systems or a perfect addition to hand pack operations.
