If you need the ability to wet-glaze special profiles and are looking to improve the quality of your wet-glazing operation; then you to need the Versa-Glaze. HAECO's Versa-Glaze 1500 gives you the ability to easily wet-glaze any profile shape without gantry movement. HAECO's TRAC-FLO technology, uilizing linear servo controls and state-of-the-art electronics, provides a uniform bead of sealant around your entire profile. The Versa-Glaze works great for Specials, DH or SH sash, SH fixed lites, and a variety of other styles. This makes the system an excellent choice for multiple locations in your plant. The Versa-Glaze is compact, easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to maintain.

Allows operator to safely position glass prior to contact with the sealant or tape
Eliminates sealant or tape "roll-off" caused by setting glass vertically

Avoids scallops and cracks caused by prying unit into position
The HAECO PRO-SET allows you to easily and safely set your IG units. Placed "in-line" with your glazing equipment, the PRO-SET enables your operator to maintain a flow of product from station to station. After the sealant is applied to the rabbet; the profile is moved to the PRO-SET for IG placement. The operator positions the profile and raises the "lift-fingers" with the press of a button. Once the "lift-fingers" have been raised, the IG unit may safely be rolled into position over the profile via the roller supports. The operator then selects a position based upon the profile type - DH, SH, Slider, etc - Lowering the IG to just above the profile. This ensures that the operator has an opportunity to verify final alignment of the IG and insert setting blocks, prior to contact with the sealant. Final setting of the IG is accomplished with the press of a button that slowly lowers the unit into the sealant bed. The unit is now ready to be trimmed-out and cleaned.

HMI allows operator, maintenance, and engineering personnel to reach appropriate level of parameters. Upper levels are password protected

Auto-Warm - Used when running warm-applied sealants. Maintains heat at the nozzle tip during periods of inactivity. This reduces excessive sealant waste due to purging and reduces potential for defective products.

The AUTO-GLAZE 4200 Series is HAECO's industrial series of automatic back-bedding equipment manufactured for medium to large manufacture. The 4200 is built for production rates up to 450 windows (900 lites) per 8 hour shift! Auto-Z option allows the Z-axis to automatically adjust to the correct glazing height during each cycle providing you with greater flexibility. The operator can mix the profile styles without any system adjustments thus increasing productivity. The panel interface is kept simple for the operator, but allows maintenance and engineering to access appropriate levels of parameters. The 4200 series can be configured to run hot, cold or two-part sealants.

HAECO's Flexo-Folder Gluing System ships as a complete, pre-wired, ready-to-run system! Installation has been simplified by pre-wiring and color coding all controls and cables - giving you the option to install yourself. This Flexo-Folder Gluing System is not only one of the most robust systems on the market but is also one of the easiest to setup and operate.

The picture you currently see is a system with the Basic Control and the Duro Glue station, but there are options for different controlers and gluing stations depending on what your needs are.

The HAECO TAPER CONVERSION SYSTEM, when purchased with the appropriate applicator head, provides all the equipment necessary to make your system capable for dispensing cold glue within your current Taper System. You will find that the rigidity, adjustability, and low profile are second to none in the industry. Flexibility is key with this system in that a hot melt tack system can be inserted directly into the original shoe upstream of the cold glue applicator. With the purchase of a center gap glue applicator, you can have hot melt tack and cold glue strength on every box.

The HAECO 330 Series Applicator Head is a
contact applicator typically used for high
speed, high abrasion applications. Common
applications include corrugated box manufacturers
joints such as taper conversions and
flexo folders. They can be used on applications
to replace Plastic Applicators for longer
wear life. Profiles are available as a standard
in horizontal and low profile. Other profiles can
be made as specials if desired.

The HAECO 300 Series Applicator Head is a contact applicator typically used for Case Sealing, Carton Sealing, Corrugated Lamination and other Paper Converting applications. The tough, high abrasion resistant material has proven to out perform any nylon plastic head in the industry. Because of this tough material, it is not necessary to have an aluminum back plate to provide thread strength, reducing the manufacturing cost significantly. Profiles are available for horizontal applications or vertical, as well as a 30E back angle version of each for lower profile requirements.
