Our brass sash chain is different! It is not just industrial chain. Harwick brass chain is made to a higher standard. It has a much higher quality appearance than what you get from other companies. Available in unlacquered brass, dark oil rubbed bronze (US10B), and polished or satin nickel. #25 chain in unlacquered brass and dark oil rubbed bronze. We also carry #35 stainless steel chain in mill finish. The Harwick #45 brass chain has been independently tested for tensile strength, ultimate load 655 lbs! Working load (defined as breaking point divided by 4) is 162 lbs.

The Harwick sash stop adjuster grommet is not your ordinary sash stop washer. It is stamped from .050" thickness brass. We made them thicker so that the screws will not pull through, and they look more substantial as well. Prongs maintain positioning. Slotted for maximum adjustability. Supplied with Phillips-head screws, easy to install with power tools. Available in unlacquered brass, dark bronze (US10B), and nickel-plated.

Casement Window pushbar operator, designed to be mortised under the interior casement window stop. This allows the pushbar to operate the sash without removing the interior screens. A 90 degree opening for egress can be used. Pushbar awning operators are a similar design. Both are made of unlacquered polished or satin brass. Other finishes are additional. Traditional casement stays have standard winged, or new oval thumbscrew. New Contemporary style casement and awning stays now available. Designed in cooperation with Blaze Makoid Architecture to have a clean, modern look.

The traditional bar style sash lift handle for hung windows. Made in solid brass, supplied with matching wood screws. Two sizes are available, 4" and 5" bar style window lifts.
