The WG series of heat transfer systems is designed for closed loop temperature control of water or waterglycol mixtures. The WG250 is a completely packaged system designed for a maximum operating temperature of 250°F. WG series standard components include an electric heater, centrifugal water circulation pump with mechanical seal, thermal expansion tank, relief valve, and a complete control center all mounted on a drip proof base. Temperature control centers and custom temperature panels for control of resistive heating loads. HEAT Control Centers can be supplied mounted directly on our systems and heaters, or separate for remote mounting and installation. These enclosures are rated NEMA 4, 12, and 4x for non-hazardous and atmospheres. Explosion-resistant enclosures are used for areas where a potential explosion hazard exists.

The EM series of heat transfer systems is designed for closed loop temperature control of common heat transfer fluids utilizing existing plant steam as the heat source. The EM is a completely packaged system and is usually designed for a maximum temperature of 350°F based on 150 lb. steam supply. However, systems can be designed for higher or lower temperatures based on available steam supply.
