Heat Trace Products manufactures industrial heaters and heating cable products for a wide variety of process temperature maintenance applications. Our self-regulating heating cable is able to maintain fluid temperatures to 150, 250 and 375 degrees F, and can be custom built for Hazardous Division 1 application. They have a multi-layer construction featuring a conductive core, two jacket layers, and dual nickel-copper bus wires, all within a flat, flexible form. No matter the application, our heating cables are cost-effective, efficient and able to run off 120 V or 240 V power sources.

Providing adequate freeze protection requires an understanding of a number of design and environmental factors, and the ability to integrate the right components into a system that economically provides a high level of performance and reliability.

The most efficient way to provide freeze protection and temperature maintenance of process fluids is through a properly designed heat maintenancefreeze protection system. Using the Heat Trace Products, LLC., 2700 Series of self-regulating heat trace cable and qualified accessories are designed to provide specified amounts of heat at any point along their length.

At Heat Trace Products, we provide heating solutions that efficiently and dependably address freeze protection issues. Known for 20 years as an important provider of industrial process heating systems, we have also become a major problem-solver for residential applications.
The cycle of snow and ice melting and refreezing can form ice dams that prevent water from draining during a refreeze cycle. The built-up ice, snow and water can lead to serious residential rooftop damage. Our UL approved de-icing residential roof and gutter heating system employs self-regulating cable. The electric heat trace cable will provide a continuous drain path for melting ice and snow to flow (through the gutter and into the downspout). As with all of our residential cables they are self-regulating, and the heating cable uses less power as the roof and gutters dry and warm up.

Snow and ice buildup represent a serious concern for the structural integrity of residential roofing. Because of temperature variations throughout the winter months, the freezing, melting, and refreezing of snow and ice can block water drainage, while ice buildup can damage gutters, eves, and shingles.

These systems are designed for residential and commercial applications and are UL approved.

Hot water temperature maintenance is a key factor in the operational efficiency of hot water systems. At Heat Trace Products, LLC., our self-regulating electric heat trace cable systems are a reliable and cost effective method to ensure hot water temperature, and also to eliminate the cost and complexity associated with re-circulation systems.

To facilitate installation of our self-regulating heat trace cables, at Heat Trace Products, LLC., we offer a range of kits and accessories. Kits are specifically designed for each series of heat trace cable, and include kits for power connection, terminations, splicing, and end sealing.
Accessories include a number of ambient and line sensing thermostats, as well as incandescent and neon monitor lights, and NEMA rated electrical boxes. Additionally we also provide two temperature grades of fiberglass tape, aluminum tape, T-connection kits, and caution labels.
