Hilmot's Straight Modules

Hilmot's straight modules of conveyor are available in many widths, lengths and zones. The 7-12" deep side channels utilize the profile of Hilmot's conveyor families. The cable trays are utilized for routing wires within the bed frame. The side channels are punched on 1-12" centers to accommodate multiple roller centers. The available roller centers are: 3", 4", 6", and 9". Quantity of motorized rollers will vary depending upon required torque and torque availability. Drive rollers are grooved to accept high tension urethane O-rings to transmit the torque to the idler rollers. Idler rollers are made with plated shells. The straight modules are available in Hilmot standard widths: 15", 18", 21", 24", 27", 30", 33", and 36". Multiple lengths are available from 2' to 10'. Zone lengths are determined using factors such as length and weight of the product and are therefore application-specific.

Hilmot's Curve Modules

Hilmot's curve modules are offered in 30, 45, 60 and 90 in either the right hand (RH) or left hand (LH) position. The curve module is designed for a 32.5" inside radius. Each 90 curve consists of two accumulation zones. Hilmot's standard widths: 15", 18", 21", 24", 27", 30", 33", and 36". The Hilmot design is not limited to a minimum between frame size. The 7-12" deep side channels continue the same Hilmot profile. Cable trays are utilized for routing wire within the bed frame. Drive rollers are grooved to accept hi tensioned urethane O-rings to transmit the torque to the idler rollers that complete the zone length. The Hilmot MDR Transfer

The Hilmot MDR transfer provides a 90 degree right angle transfer for package and tote handling application. Transfers are available in several standard widths: 15", 18", 21", 24", 27", 30", 33", and 36" between frames. The transfer consists of a motorized roller driven wedge block style lifting device. Hilmot's Divert Modules

Hilmot's divert modules are offered in tri-directional or bi-directional models. Bi-directional modules have one 30 spur mounted in either the right hand (RH) or left hand (LH) divert position. Tri-directional modules have two 30 spurs mounted one on each side. Two divert rates are available, low speed (20 cases per minute) or high speed (30 cases per minute). The internal divert mechanism has been cycle tested at 1 million cycles. The mainline divert module is 90", 108, and 144 long and available in Hilmot's standard widths: 15", 18, 21", 24", 27", 30, 33 and 36" widths. The 7-12" deep side channels on both the spur(s) and the bed continue the same Hilmot profile. Cable trays are utilized for routing wire within the bed frame. The Hilmot MDR Gate

The Hilmot MDR gate provides a break in the conveyor line for pedestrian traffic. The power source for the gate must be from the charge side. A new power source is required after the gate (discharge side). Gates are available in Hilmot standard widths: 15", 18", 21", 24", 27", 30", 33", and 36". The gate consists of a 4' pivoting bed and a zone length tangent. Gates are available in right hand (RH) and left hand (LH) lifts. Zones are not normally used in the gate in an accumulation system. When a gate is used, either in transportation or accumulation, controls must be in place to stop product when the gate is in the "up" position. The gate must be free of accumulated product before raising for pedestrian use.
