Hypac AC power units are intended for intermittent duty, and normal use in conjunction with double-acting cylinders where intermittent, reciprocal motion is required. They can be used with any number of cylinders providing multiple movements from one power source. Pilot check valves offer load-holding capabilities and relief valves offer protection against induced pressures which direct flow back to tank.

Hypac’s low pressure aluminum cylinders are made for applications requiring 1000 psi and below. Aluminum tubing with a roll crimp onto zinc and aluminum castings offer simple and cost effective solutions for most low pressure applications that you may come across. Unique to this series is the internal solenoid valve that can be built into the cylinder for efficient and clean operation.

The vast number of hydraulic application demand numerous sizes and construction of hose to satisfy the many individual demands and working requirements. Hypac offers a wide variety of hose sizes and fitting configurations to meet every demand. Hypac offers hose from steel braided to plastic and low-pressures to high.

Hypac hydraulic systems employ a closed loop, bi-directional method of operation which allows any number of separate movements from one common power source. Power units and cylinder solenoids are available in AC or DC voltages. Systems can be mounted upright, hanging or vertically. The insulated fiberglass cover is attached with rubber grommets which also serve as mounting pads for the power unit.
