The IFH Group, Inc. has a full line of Standard System configurations. You can find the list of Standard Storage Systems for Lubricants & Fluids below. Remember, if none of the following System configurations will work for you, we can customize a System to meet your specific needs; from larger containers and custom racking, to safety compliant packages and chemical resistant fittings. The options are endless.

For users who need to be in compliance with strict fire safety regulations, IFH offers the Fire Safety Compliance Kit. The standard PVC Sight Gauge on the front of the Containers is replaced with a fire-resistant Glass Sight Gauge equipped with Ball Check Fittings at both ends. Underneath the Containers, the standard PVC hose is replaced with 34″ NPT Fittings, Flex Steel Hose that connects to a Fusible Link Valve with a spring-activated handle. If the temperature reaches 165° F (73.9° C), the handle is automatically triggered and shuts off any possible leakage of fluid from the Container.

IFH can provide a variety of custom Storage & Dispensing Systems using our new lightweight, economical polyethylene containers, as well as a range of mobile systems using our wide range of lube carts. These poly containers are ideal for any caustic material that cannot be stored in a traditional steel container. They are also well-suited for smaller operations or for fluids that are not used very frequently.

The IFH Group, Inc. understands that all customers today require products and equipment that are designed specifically for their needs. You tell us what you require, and if it is possible, our full-time Engineering and Product Development Team will design it for you. We fabricate our own storage containers, and if you require larger or smaller storage, we can customize tanks to many different storage volumes.

The IFH 3060 Mobile Lubrication Cart (fluid handling cart) can hold 6 separate products, each in 15 gallon polyethylene containers with molded in gallonage markers, 5¨ flip lid fill caps, permanent suction tubes and outlet fittings. The cart comes complete with a 34¨ reversible air operated diaphragm pumping system with filter-regulator-lubricator, air shut-off valve, 10´ product dispensing hose with onoff control handle, full drip pan base with drain, push bar handle and 8¨ mold on rubber casters.

We not only offer 2 and 4-wheeled Lubrication Carts, but can also design a Custom Lubrication Setup to meet your specific needs. We can design a lubrication pallet with fork pockets that can be lifted with a fork truck onto a flatbed trailer or into a truck bed, or we can design a Lubrication Pallet and mount it onto a drivable Cushman Cart. IFH Group mobile fluid handling carts are completely customizable to fit to the exact needs of the end user. The end user specifies the product(s) to be stored and in what volume the product(s) will be stored, and The IFH Group, Inc. designs a cart around the end user’s needs, with anything from pump and reel kits, to filtration, specialized casters, tow hitches, electric powered, metering, grease storage, safety beacons, tool storage boxes, and more.
