Over two decades ago, In-Phase Technologies founded our company for the purpose of designing and producing reliable high quality RF and microwave Automated Test Equipment (ATE). We continue that tradition today, providing the best, world-class automated test equipment. Our system designs bring together the right combination of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) test equipment, custom designed and built Interface Test Adapters (ITAs), lightning fast and accurate measurement software, and the optimum user interface to make all of this technology easy to use. Every year In-Phase Technologies designs and builds dozens of Interface Test Adapters (ITAs) for our in-house designed ATE systems, or any customers existing system. We can provide complete electrically- and mechanically-designed units from customer provided specifications. Or we can utilize our build-to-print services to duplicate the customers existing design.

The majority of our test sets require a reliable switch matrix. In-Phase Technologies offers a line of switch matrices built on several decades of industry experience. Our standard line of switch matrices includes automated control via our command customizable controller. Interface options include USB, LAN, IEEE-488, and many other options that can customize our standard switch to meet your needs. There are times when a large rack system is not necessary or space requirements dictate the need for a benchtop test environment. In-Phase Technologies offers you the ability to produce a small benchtop test system or custom test chassis to simplify your test measurement needs. Combining the latest PXI technology with our customized test chassis, we produce small benchtop systems packed with the power needed to test any device. Or choose our custom-designed signal routing and conditioning chassis to integrate your test equipment together into a neat and reliable system.

Design and development of custom test fixtures is a vital ingredient within the total scope of In-Phase Technologies test and measurement product lines. Over the years, In-Phase Technologies has provided hundreds of fixtures for applications including broad probing, circuit card testing, RF, and microwave UUTs. The companys mechanical engineering group utilizes the latest available design equipment and has extensive knowledge of both metallic and plastic materials behavior.

Our analog and digital automated test system experience covers a wide variety of applicationsfrom multiple path resistance, capacitance, and inductance testing using various Interface Test Adapters (ITA)to inter-connect multiple customer units under test (UUT). Other systems have included: equipment to monitor and record telemetry, digital data streams, and systems that evaluate packet data using a variety of VME, VXI, PXI, and LXI equipment.

Over the years, In-Phase Technologies has received many requests for frequency conversion units. Our standard product line of frequency converters includes models that operate from RF though 60 GHz. Many options are available to complement our standard offerings. We also have a series of RF-to-optical converters that allows customers to send RF and microwave signals over fiber optic cables.

Do you have systems that include a large number of coaxial devices? Our best-selling ATE product line includes a cable test instrument that automates the task of precision testing of coaxial devices. These series of cable test instruments include both a scalar and a vector model. They offer fast precision measurements in a rugged and small portable package. Programming options allow instant test set-up and measurement recall from a potential database of thousands of test devices. Using a user interface that includes clear instructions with picture prompts, anyone can successfully make precision microwave measurements with a simple click of a button.

Test simulators are a unique product line that In-Phase Technologies continues to produce for some customers. Simulators are used for complex calibration and verification of test sets that measure entire systems like satellites. They are also used to simulate an environment to reproduce signals that may be seen in actual operation of the customers equipment. Through the use of high-performance COTS and customized software, In-Phase Technologies can produce a simulation system that can provide a complex signal environment. This could include impairments, interfering signals, and much more. In-Phase Technologies simulators have been designed to simulate our customers operating product, allowing them to perform testing and what if scenarios.
