At Industrial Indexing Systems we offer a wide range of brushless servo, and stepper motors with output power from 30W to 55 kW. Wash down, high temperature, explosion proof, and food grade models are all available. Amplifier choices include servo and stepper driven models, and we can engineer a custom intelligent servo drive solution optimized for fit and function. Our motor and amplifier products integrate seamlessly with an array of controllers for streamlined factory floor operations

Multi - Axis

The heart of a multi-axis automation system is the ability to synchronize the motion of multiple motors to a designated master source device. Depending on the machine application, a source device may be an encoder measuring web travel, position
feedback from another motor that is driving a feed roll, or a (software) motor. A Virtual Motor provides a software-configured internal master source with control over its virtual distance, speed and acceleration.

In the OEM market, keeping costs down while maintaining high performance is a top priority. Your bottom line is directly related to the product you incorporate into the equipment you manufacture, so getting the highest quality at the lowest price is important. The IIS Luminary Series is geared for just that.


The Luminary Servo Motion Series includes a versatile motion controller, multi-axis servo capability and hardware and software integration, all at a cost less than most competitors. With the Emerald Development Environment you will have complete access to all servo motors, external encoders, digital switches and an array of sensors in one window. All this packaged in a system that is smaller, more practical and designed with the OEM in mind.


The Luminary Servo Motion Series is used in a wide range of applications: everything from x-y tables to linear actuators to nip-roll feeders. When positioning, velocity and torque control are required, this is the exact system to do it precisely as it was designed to do. MDPAK2 Series of MotorDrivePower Supply Packages are a versatile, high performance PWM DC servo controls with tachometer feedback. These packages were combined with various servo positioning controllers to satisfy a broad range of applications.

The Delta S motors and drives are compact, high performance, all digital AC servos with a SERCOS interface. These all digital intelligent drives use the optically isolated SERCOS digital interface between the positioning controller and the drive. Eight driver sizes are optimized to control motors from 30W to 14.3 kW. Programming is done with the integral keypaddisplay and the SERCOS interface. The Delta S SERCOS drivers are performance matched with the Emerald Motion Controller for demanding muti-axis machine control.
