The AZTech Model 2000 series industrial air purifiers are an industrial air filtration system designed to collect dust, smoke, fumes, and other airborne contaminants. The AZTech 2500 industrial air cleaner has a high efficiency 2 stage commercial air filtration system and is engineered for free hanging ambient air filtration applications. The cabinet of this commercial air filter system can be manufactured from an environmentally friendly polyethylene (matte finish) or powder coated carbon steel. OM36 Series

Our vertical configuration, use of an impinger, well designed oil mist eliminators, fiberglass media filtration, and HEPA final filter option makes the system very efficient for both oil mist and smoke particles. Our oil mist collectors are available in four standard sizes for oil mist filtration, with CFM ranges from 500 CFM to 8, 000 CFM. The direct drive high efficiency backward inclined blowers provide low-cost service, help extend oil mist filtration service life and keep the motor out of the air stream. Portable downdrafts, welding fume extraction

Portable fume extractor Models PFC8 and PFC12 are in demand for source capture of welding fumes, grinding dust, plasma smoke and other nuisance dust applications. A flexible, spark-proof Z-Max fume extraction arm captures welding fumes and dust at a distance of 30-50 cm (12-20") from the source and within an area of 0.5m (20") diameter. The welding fume extraction system arms are available in 6 or 8 diameter and 7, 10 or 14 lengths. The arms feature a hood with optimized airflow, ring positioning handle, simple exterior support joints and built-in damper.Utilizing leading edge technologies such as our unique Filter Hammer sonic cleaning system ensure your portable welding fume extraction system will perform at its best and give you a long cartridge filter service life. A simple pneumatic push button cleaning system (requires compressed air connection) and sealed dust tray make cleaning the fume extractors a breeze. Our portable fume extractors provide ample airflow for even the heaviest welding and grinding applications.
