We were recently contracted by a medical device company to manufacture the custom table shown here. The table design consisted of a number of parts and components which we fabricated from various metals and high end wood. We also provided complete assembly that included the integration of electronics. The finished table featured overall dimensions of 48.42” long by 34.82” wide by 35.75” high, and was manufactured using CNC machining, metal forming on our press brake, and welding. This is an ongoing project for this customer, to whom we provide orders filled on a weekly basis.

We applied metal forming, metal fabrication, and stamping procedures to complete this project. CNC machining equipment and a stamping press were used to manufacture the steel baffle, with tightest tolerances held to ±.030″. Final dimensions of the part were 0.25″ in thickness and 41.781″ in diameter.

CNC machining was used for the production of these tube assemblies, allowing for high accuracy with fast production. Metal forming, metal fabrication, and assembly processes were also applied for production. Our experience and competencies allowed us to deliver this project.

We used our machining capabilities along with a stamping press to manufacture 4, 000 spring retard devices. Each measured 13.85mm by 18.5mm by 8mm, and were manufactured to tolerances of ±0.04mm. Metal forming, metal fabrication, machining, assembly, and parts inspection processes were used during construction.

The finished enclosure featured dimensions of 12.50″ in length, 11.75″ in width, and 2″ in thickness. Comprehensive visual and dimensional inspections verified that we met the required dimensions and ±0.005″ tolerances.
