The INSCO 5080 series of analogdigital temperature indicators represents the next logical step in accurate, dependable turbine engine monitoring instruments. All of the best features of our popular 5032 series have been combined with the pinpoint accuracy of an analogdigital readout for a unit of uncompromising quality and reliability. SPECIFICATIONS: The INSCO 5080 series was developed for applications where the accuracy of numerical readout is required. Basically, the 5080 is a further refinement of our 5032 series...a proven performer. Like the 5032, this instrument incorporates reference junction compensation at the thermocouple amp itself, virtually eliminating errors caused by incorrectly or poorly compensated remote reference junctions. Custom microcircuitry, MIL quality components throughout and INSCO standard solid construction mean that it is durable and will seldom need repair. When repair work is required, however, INSCO's worldwide network of factory approved and authorized stations assures rapid turnaround. The 5080 is available in a wide range of options. You select from: bullet LCD or incandescent display bullet Linear or non linear analog scale bullet Input for either chromealumel (Type K) or IronConstantan (Type J) thermocouples. • Model Number9053

The INSCO 9053 series voltammeter is a truly unique modular approach to monitoring the ships 28 volt bus. The 9053 provides a quick visual reference for the right or left hand generators and battery. This continuous visual status is generated by two full-time ammeters and a single switchable voltmeter. And, the switch and each indicator are individually replaceable for reduced downtime. The 9053 comes housed in a sturdy anodized brazed aluminum case. SPECIFICATIONS: The INSCO 9053 series voltammeter cluster utilizes a shock-protected 120 angular degree meter movement, and is available with floodlit dial and backlit legends. The switch module is also available with a back-lighted panel and switch lubber line. All connections are made to the instrument through a single nineteen-pin bayonet connector. • MODEL5032

The INSCO 5032 series temperature indicator is a hybrid performer. Over twelve years of testing, refining and improving have gone into the 5032 series, making it the finest temperature indicator available. An expanded dial provides greater resolution during critical temperature conditions such as engine starts. A servo driven pointer eliminates friction and position errors and on-board cold junction compensation virtually eliminates instrument drift due to ambient temperature changes. SPECIFICATIONS: The 5032 indicator features internal reference voltages which are controlled to + - .002% for increased stability, eliminating drift. All components are conservatively rated to prevent premature failure, and every indicator must survive a rigid burn-in before delivery. The 5032 series is available with an overtemp warning lamp which illuminates whenever a preset temperature limit is exceeded. Two limit points may be preset, and the time delay for both can be adjusted from immediate to a maximum of 60 seconds. Once lit, the light can be extinguished only by a key-operated switch, if desired. A self-test circuit is incorporated which checks the overtemp warning circuitry and lamp integrity. The combination of innovative circuitry, our precision machined close-tolerance gearhead, RFI filtering of all inputs and outputs, and inverter isolation of power provides an indicator which delivers guaranteed + - 5 degree C accuracy within the expanded dial scale, and + - 15 degree C overall. The indicator is qualified to FFA TSO-C43, type II. The INSCO 9031 series dual temperature indicator is arranged to provide temperature indication from two independent sources. These sources can include: Cockpit Instrument, Gearbox Battery, Cylinder Head, and Exhaust Gas Temperature. This reliably rugged unit features two 120 degree scales which are arranged to the outside of the dial for easier reading. Both scales utilize a shock-protected precision meter-movement. SPECIFICATIONS: On the INSCO 9031 dual temperature indicator, all inputs and outputs are adequately are adequately filtered and arranged to meet the requirements of MIL-I-6181D. The temperature measurement function operates from an MS28034 or equivalent temperature bulb. MEASURED TEMPERATURE RANGE: Measured temperature ranges per customer specifications between -50ºC (-58ºF) and 250ºC (482ºF) are available. Indicator resting position without power is below range to provide indication of instrument operation. The 9031 series is qualified to TSO-C43, type I for temperature type indicators (AS-413) Power requirements are 28 volts DC nominal per MIL-STD-704. The standard case is 'O'-ring sealed. The INSCO 9020 series dual ACDC VoltAmp Indicator is arranged to provide a combination of ACDC voltage or amperage indication from two independent sources sources. These sources can include a wide range of engine functions. This reliably rugged unit features two 120 degree scales which are arranged to the outside of the dial for easier reading. Both scales utilize a shock-protected precision meter-movement. SPECIFICATIONS: On the INSCO 9020 dual VoltAmp indicator, all inputs and outputs are adequately are adequately filtered and arranged to meet the requirements of MIL-STD-794B. Calibration procedures incorporate the use of a 50 mV shunt to simulate actual cockpit signal source conditions. INDICATOR RANGE: Indicator ranges per customer specifications between 0-300 Amps, 0-130 VAC and 0-35 VDC are available. Indicator resting position without power can be below range to provide indication of instrument operation. The 9020 series can be qualified to FAA TSO Standards per your requirements.
