Interleave flat rolled sheets; wrap aluminum extrusion bundles with natural or neutral kraft paper. Paper rolls can be wrapped and labeled per your requirements. Natural kraft custom sheeting is cut to your specifications and trimmed 4 sides.

Chipboard sheeting is used for a variety of surface protection applications, including lining the inside diameter of a metal coil, interleaving between extrusions for surface protection, etc. Chipboard sheets and strips can be produced from Clay Coated News Back (CCNB), SBS, virgin and recycled kraft, and can be poly coated.

We offer a full line of stain and adhesive transfer resistant tapes manufactured by Tesa, Intertape, Shurtape, Permacel, Polyken, and many more of the top tape producers. Our strategic tape partners produce specialty tapes, including, tensilized polypropylene strapping and MOPP backed filament tapes. We also supply standard masking, flatback, ductcloth, and carton sealing tapes.

Steel banding is available in a wide range of sizes and gauges to accommodate your strapping requirements. Our strapping ensures a safe rounded edge that is problem free during application. We offer high tensile and heavy duty strapping, which conforms to government and railroad specifications. The ranges of sizes we offer are tailored for maximum packaging strength and safety. Polypropylene strapping, or PP strapping in both machine and hand grades offer the most economical straaping and banding. Polypropylene bundling and strapping is used for light and heavy bundling, light palletizing, and unitizing applications. This type of plastic strapping has a 5.5% to 25% elongation depending on your packaging application.

Cord strapping is the original non-metallic strapping. Our polyester cord strapping is portable, versatile, and available in both bonded and woven strapping. This type of strapping is soft finish so it will not damage or mar surfaces. It works like a flat rope with superior strength, and can be used without tools or dispensers.

The Metal Protectors stock a variety of edge protection solutions. Edge protectors are produced from multiple layers of paperboard, laminated with glue, and formed into a rigid right angle. When macerated, recycled paper and plastic are combined; it can be extruded to create a stronger product (Cornerboard by ITW) vs. traditional paperboard protectors. This combination also resists moisture and sea air, making it ideal for overseas shipments and wet climates. Available printed, unprinted and custom lengths.

Polyester strapping or PET strapping is known for superior strength and retention on packaging loads. The poly strapping "elastic" effect keeps shrinking packages tighter together for long lasting pallet unitization. Polyester is also being made to handle heavier loads once only considered to be capable of steel strapping. The Metal Protectors offer both hand and machine grades.

Coil wrap is a major component in The Metal Protectors "Coil Protection System" (CPS). Your material is protected during shipment and while being stored. Coil wrap can be produced in a variety of colors and custom printing to enhanced your brand. Metal coil wrap is available in a woven polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Add a VCI or VpCI liner to your coil wrap to control corrosion. Custom widths and lengths are available (12 foot maximum width rolls)
