InterConnect manufactures a wide variety of aircraft electrical wiring harnesses. From small radio frequency or coaxial cable assemblies to very large complicated assemblies with over one-hundred connectors and thousands of feet of wire.

Aircraft relay panels are some of the most complicated electrical products that we produce. Relay panels can have thousands of circuits and hundreds of wires. Like all aircraft panels produced in-house, we test the relay panels using our wiring analyzers to ensure they are wired correctly and every circuit works as it was designed.

InterConnect Wiring has a long history of manufacturing aircraft power distribution panels (also called circuit breaker panels). The power distribution panels range in size from small panels with one circuit breaker to large assemblies that contain more than fifty circuit breakers. We have manufactured power distribution panels for many fixed and rotary wing military aircraft. Some of the panels are DC current while others are AC current. At times panels contain both AC and DC.

InterConnect has been producing cockpit panels since 1995. Typically cockpit panels are made out of sheet metal, switches, edge lights, knobs, connectors, and wire. We assemble the internal wiring for these panels and test them for full functionality using our wiring analyzers and other test equipment.

Since InterConnect was incorporated, we have been producing aircraft modification kits. These modification kits are sometimes called mod kits, loose wire assemblies (LWA), or just kits. Our kits vary in size from a small kit with just a few wires to large kits containing all of the wiring harnesses, panel assemblies, and installation hardware to completely rewire an aircraft. In many cases, we package our kits with color coded aids to help our customers organize the contents after they are unpackaged.

Every aircraft needs ground support equipment to test it and its numerous systems. InterConnect not only makes ground support wiring harnesses that link the aircraft to the test equipment, we also make the actual test equipment itself. Like all of our products, the ground support test equipment is made to our highest quality standards using proven manufacturing processes.
