Since we have access to our own Die Shop, L&S Tool, Inc., we can produce dies at a lower cost and samples sooner than most aluminum extruders can imagine.
We extrude to Aluminum Association and ASTM Standards, however, requesting less than standard is always a negotiable factor.
With products ranging from automotive components to office furniture, we use only state-of the art equipment to enable us to accommodate a range of thicknesses, lengths, widths, and weight. We hold a +- .005 cutting tolerance and a +- .015 machining tolerance, and are happy to offer anodizing, painting, and powder coating as secondary services.
