We’re able to custom fabricate any style of gasket to your exact specifications! The various methods that we can cut for gaskets include hand cut, die-cut and waterjet. Waterjet cutting is extremely precise and reliable. Using a powerful 55, 000 psi stream of water that cuts cleanly and evenly every time, Waterjet cutting provides extremely accurate cuts with a high degree of repeatability over a wide range of materials and endless shapes and configurations. IR-G’s experienced design and engineering staff can use your drawings and load them into our CAD software ensuring you walk away with a solution that fits your exact specifications.

We have the ability to fabricate steel hydraulic tubing assemblies in-house, cutting, bending, and flaring sizes ranging from 316” to 1 ¼”
