At ISE Controls, we have been providing HMI touchscreens for a number of years and still do today. ISE Controls has as one of its manufacturing suppliers, Encoder Products Co. This company provides unheard of service in the encoder business. Often, they can, with a nominal extra fee, produce and ship an encoder within one day. If you call ISE Controls with an Encoder Products part number, or in some cases a competitors part number, they can ship it to you next day to get you back in production. Quite an amazing feat considering the fact that they sell their encoders at a very competitive level.

Linear slides are robust extruded aluminum rails that couple to a servo motor to move a tool or product on your machine. ISE Controls has partnered with Paletti to provide not only the slides but the aluminum extrusion structure of the machine itself. A one-stop-shop for all you need to build the structure and move the tooling accurately.

After the motor itself, the control and protection of that motor is the next most important industrial product. ISE Controls is fortunate to distribute an industrial control manufacturer in Sprecher + Schuh that is complete, globally accepted, and produced with quality in mind. ISE Controls has supplemented the very few holes in the Sprecher + Schuh product line with other more focused manufacturers that fill those needs.

From quick disconnect cables, industrial plugs and connectors, Din Connectors, and Pin and Sleeve style connectors, ISE Controls can provide a compete offering that is sure to satisfy your requirements. The mix of different product lines allows ISE Controls to suggest multiple different ways to interconnect two devices. Then you can decide the method that is best for your needs.

Most of the industrial world has moved to 24VDC control because it is much safer that higher voltages such as 120VAC. With this movement, the DC power supply has become a very common component in the control system. ISE Controls has two product lines that they rely on for the best mix of products in the power supply market. Cost effective power supplies, meant for the OEM market, are available, but highly regulatedhigh performance power supplies are part of the product mix as well.

AC Motors are the center of the control and automation industry. At ISE Controls we have joined forces with Techtop Motors and Elektrim Motors to provide a broad family of economically priced yet quality manufactured AC squirrel cage motors. Both lines are stocked in close proximity to Indianapolis which keeps the freight costs down and the delivered cost competitive

ISE Controls has been selecting and selling various laser scanners for many years. A laser scanner is used to scan an area that is considered to be dangerous and warn people of the impending danger or in more severe instances, stop the machine when someone violates the scanned area. The scanner is preprogrammed to look at a certain area within its sensing distance. When something is detected in the programmed area that was not there when it was programmed it sends a signal that the area has been violated. Common applications are robotic cells and Automatic Guided Vehicles. Hokuyo manufactures a laser scanner that physically is very small in comparison to the completion, but has features such as a 270 degree viewing angle and 32 preprogrammed zones that set it apart from the others.
