At the base level of our Gantry based laser systems we offer AlphaLaser, this machine is much lower cost than their FlexLaser brothers, still perform well for most applications. AlphaLaser offers a large bed size and is very versatile. Equipped with either a CO2 or Fibre laser alpha laser can cut, mark, engrave and ablate nearly any material. Do not let its low cost fool you this machine has proven reliable in industrial environments for over 10 years.

When requirements are not quite as extreme as FlexLaser III, then FlexLaser II is the next level in our product line. Field proven FlexLaser II has served the market for twelve years on 6 of the 7 continents and has proved to be reliable in the most extreme conditions. Maintenance staffs regularly comment that they do almost no maintenance to these machines, yet they keep on running. Every year we make small changes to these machines to improve it in some way, and offer upgrade kits to existing users so that they can take advantage of new functionality. Like the German approach to engineering, we make small refinements to make a good thing even better with time. FlexLaser II is the most diverse and cost effective way to handle 90% of the applications we provide solutions and has been use for both CO2 and Fibre lasers.

RubyLaser is the machine of choice when High powered Fibre or Yag lasers are needed. Sharing the same control as the high end FlexLaser III it offers extreme performance in demanding applications with a robust enclosure to ensure operator safety. Quality components have enabled Ruby to weld stainless foil 25 microns thick to pressure vessels used in safety backup systems for reactors and refinerys. Another application has Ruby cutting industrial diamond with mirror edge quality for drill rigs and high speed machining, while others have Ruby cutting many metals completely free of burrs. Quite often Ruby is offered as a specialty machine with custom tooling and refinements to the basic software.

Complex assemblies can require multiple operations to manufacture. Typical dip brazing companies can handle only a single operation within a multi-step manufacturing process. If you choose a typical dip brazing company, you will be forced to contract with multiple vendors, which is potentially risky. Shipments can be delayed and assemblies can be damaged in shipment or simply from being packed, unpacked, and repacked. Inconsistencies in quality control systems between manufacturers can make pinpointing the ca use of quality problems difficult. Adjustment Free:
The integration of the slide guide and precision ball screw eliminates complex precision adjustment and reduces installation time dramatically.

High Rigidity:
U shaped guide rail provides very high rigidity despite its compact configuration and can be used for one-end supported application.

High Accuracy:
BG type linear actuator contains four ball circuits and four-point contact ball grooves which contributes to its high
rigidity. The combination of precision ground guide rail, slide block and precision ball screw provides high positioning accuracy.
