The advantage of this process is that up to 360 of the circumference of the piece can be decorated in one machine cycle. The United Silicone Heat Transfer Decorating Machine is designed specifically for high-speed application of multi-color heat transfer decals up to 355 degrees. Its unique design allows for adjustment to accommodate various bucket diameters, draft angles and height.

The United Silicone US40, US75, & US120 Hot StampHeat Transfer machines can accommodate custom tooling, specifically designed to apply foil to paper or plastic bags. The operator initiates the stamping process by manually loading the bag onto a mandrel. A cam-driven base then lifts the mandrel to add support, while the stamping head applies the decorative foil or pre-printed multi-colored heat transfers.

Designed to accommodate a wide range of part sizes, the Model US VPC is ideal for applying heat transfers or foil decoration to small cylindrical surfaces such as cosmetic tubes, pens, or similar objects.

High performance DSP Controller is specially designed and optimized for hot stamping applications. Controls include a Digital Dwell Timer; Foil "JOG" Control; "Set-upRun" Selector; Digital Counter with Reset; Optional Head-up Delay; Before After Foil Pull Selector; and Machine Setting Memory.

Consistent pressure and stable head action result from the cam-amplified force of a linear pneumatic cylinder and guidance of cam folowers.

Vertical stamping is ideal for applying decorative foil or pre-printed heat transfer to flat or slightly crowned part surfaces, and to a maximum of 90 of the circumference of cylinder shaped parts. Machines are available in several tonnage ranges so that the unit can be sized for the application.
