At Jabat, Inc., we have been providing customers with the best quality custom plastic products for over 40 years. Since our inception, we have grown to become the largest tubing supplier for OEMs in the United States, and our capabilities are well exemplified by our plastic extrusion services. Whether clients need single, co-extrusion, or tri-extrusion, we maintain two manufacturing facilities that have them covered, with some of the best-trained personnel and most advanced equipment in the industry. Working with a wide range of plastic materials, we ensure that every extrusion we provide is durable, reliable, and meets our customers' exact specifications. Our services cover every step of the plastic extrusion process. We offer design and engineering assistance, as well as assistance with material selection when necessary. Our facilities include a total of 26 combined extruders to cover virtually any requirement our clients may have. In addition to co-extruded and tri-extruded components, we also offer ultra-precision services, textured, and cap coated products, as well as two-color printing and barcoding. We custom cut to length for all different parts, with widths available up to 15" and circumscribing circle sizes up to 12". We work with a wide variety of plastics, including ABS, EVA, acetal, polycarbonate, polypropylene, TPE, TPV, flexible and rigid PVC, among others. Our extrusions are available in a broad array of forms, including foam grips, profiles, rods, sheets, tubes, gaskets, and profiles. We produce co-extruded products with multiple features and options. Dual durometer extrusions are available, as well as flame retardant, flexible, and high temperature options. In addition to our plastic extrusions, we offer a number of additional services to complete our customers' orders in-house. These include inline notching, hole punching, spin welding, and spooling, with specialized packaging available for products up to 20' in length. Our equipment can accept multiple varieties of plastics, some of which include ABS, acetal, polyethylene, and polypropylene. The plastic injection molding services we provide represents one part of our full-service plastic fabrication capabilities. When combined with our extrusion services, we give our customers the option for extrusions and molding parts from a single source while utilizing the same materials, colors, and packaging. A number of additional services are available as well. These include mold making, product development, tooling, and rapid prototyping. We also offer an unwavering commitment to quality, particularly evident in these products. Our work not only meets the toughest industry standards—for central vacuum tubing, we helped establish them. We worked with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) to establish the F2158 standard, which is now used industry-wide. This standard specification establishes test methods and requirements for plastic tubing and fittings used in central vacuum systems. All tubes and fittings must be homogenous and free from visible defects, as well as meet critical requirements for impact strength, tube dimensions, and fitting dimensions, among others. In addition to helping establish these standards, our tubing is independently tested, inspected, and certified by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO). The highest levels of quality are assured by audits of our facilities and scrutiny of our quality assurance programs, guaranteeing that all of our work is absolutely to standard for all building inspectors. Using premium quality materials such as rigid PVC, flex PVC, and ABS, we offer custom central vacuum tubing systems that fulfill virtually any specification. Our capabilities cover a range of options, including stock colors of gray, white, black, or clear, along with custom colors and printing. We also manufacture gaskets and muffler tubes. All custom central vacuum tubing from Jabat is available in stock and custom lengths, and has been thoroughly impact and flame retardant tested.

With our deep level of engineering and design experience, we assist clients with simple to complex shapes and designs, ensuring the highest level of quality from initial concept to completion. We offer a complete range of design and engineering capabilities, covering all aspects of extrusion and injection molding technology. Our personnel assist with all levels of materials selection and application. Full research and development services are available as well. We also offer in-house parts and tooling design, including full CAD software capabilities. Our design capabilities cover secondary offline part modifications and package design, as well as in-house material and part testing. A full array of prototyping is also available, including our rapid prototyping service. This allows customers to bring their concepts to reality prior to investing in tooling. A complete range of engineering analysis is available as well. This includes in-depth testing for quality, reliability, and performance measurement. We are experts in performing all types of analysis, including failure, fatigue, strain, stress, surface, and thermal analysis. A number of additional services are available as well. These include computer aided engineering (CAE), logistics, and reverse engineering. Our experts also offer complete technical support as required.
