We also offer a full range of design and finish options along with custom safety and storage capabilities. Our single bed articulates the back rest, while the double articulates both the back rest and the long side. This allows the bed to level itself based on the angle of the aircraft in flight. These beds can feature any type of custom decorative shroud whether upholstered or veneered.

JBRND Headliner Kits are professionally manufactured for any size aircraft with any number of configurations. All pieces are made at our facilities in San Antonio, Texas and packed ready for installation in the aircraft. Our valance and ceiling panels are cut to fit. JBRND engineers do the painstaking math to ensure each panel fits exactly as it should in the aircraft.

Aircraft showers at JBRND are made from high-strength lightweight fiberglass laminates that meet the latest interior certification standards. Custom formed construction allows for different shapes ranging from round, square, d-shaped and other configurations. JBRND showers are painted and clear coated with a high quality polyurethane paint. The shower doors can be frosted with custom artwork patterns to match the aircraft’s decor.

We make fiberglass and stainless steel aircraft sinks in all shapes and sizes. Sinks by JBRND range from your usual rectangular sinks, to round and oval sinks of various configurations. Utilizing a flush mount design for easy installation, the Ceiling Light provides the light output required by aircraft of all size and type. A Rigid LED Circuit Board is used in the light housing which provides for low heat generation and low power consumption.
