Our skilled craftsmen have been fabricating all types of bends for over 25 years. By designing and producing tooling as needed, J.F.D. can produce almost any bend configuration you require in a wide variety of pipe and tube alloys and sizes.

End configuration provisions such as threads, unions, etc. are provided as required. J.F.D. can fabricate our bends from any commercially available alloy. We are A.S.M.E. certified: "U", "UM", and "R" stamps.

J.F.D. Tube & Coil Products, Inc. has been manufacturing tanks since 1983. We build all of our tanks to order. All tanks and pressure vessels are built in accordance with section VIII, division 1 of the A.S.M.E. code. They come certified with either our "U" or "UM" stamp and National Board Registered. We design, size, and fabricate ferrous & non-ferrous tanks and pressure vessels for a variety of applications. We use standard andor specialty alloys (Alloy List) in our tanks. Standard ship times range from 8-12 weeks depending on size, complexity, quantity, and current shop load.

Our machinists build tooling as needed and our welders are A.S.M.E. certified, so whether you are looking for 1 small 38'' OD tube coil or 100 large 6'' pipe coils we can help you.J.F.D. also designs and fabricates prototype coils for approval. J.F.D. manufactures coils to our customers' specifications (we do not mass produce coils) so, lead times depend on the complexity, quantity, and availability of material for the coils.

J.F.D. Tube & Coil Products, Inc. can replace your direct expansion water and refrigerant chillers. We can replace single or dual circuit chiller barrels between 5-300 nominal tons of refrigeration. Standard and custom construction styles are available. All chillers come with insulation. All of our chiller barrels are built in accordance with section VIII, division 1 of the A.S.M.E. code. Our refrigerant chillers and condensers are A.S.M.E. stamped with U or UM stamps and National Board registered. Standard ship time is typically 4-6 weeks, depending on current shop load.

J.F.D. Tube & Coil Products, Inc. has been providing OEM, direct replacement, and new application fin coils. With coils ranging from small boosters for HVAC, or large custom process coils, J.F.D. can supply a coil to meet your needs.

J.F.D. standard fin coils ship 4-5 weeks after receipt of purchase order and final drawing approval.

We specialize in cross referencing other manufacturers' makes and model numbers, thus providing our customers with tube bundles that are of the same (or greater) quality than the original, while simultaneously matching the dimensions and performance of the old unit.
