As well as ensuring that measurement data is processed reliably, this mobile control unit also supports intuitive wireless operation of wheel force measurement systems on the vehicle and, in future, on the test bench as well.Dependable Measurement Data Thanks to Reliable Signal ProcessingWith the KiRoad Performance, measurement of vehicle dynamics as well as durability and tire tests become easier and more reliable. Kistlers KiRoad Performance provides the power supply for all RoaDyn wheel force transducers. It also processes the raw signals from the load cells with crosstalk and lever-arm compensation. The control unit delivers data in digital and analog form to maximize the accuracy of measurement results. With the Kistler KiRoad Performance control unit, measurement of vehicle dynamics as well as durability and tire tests become easier and more reliable. Setup: Fast and ReliableWhen the system starts up, KiRoad Performance reads the individual characteristic data for each of the Kistler RoaDyn wheel force transducers. As it does this, it automatically detects which sensor is connected to which input. The result: sensors are reliably identified and easily parameterized so process reliability is maximized.

Kistler Signal Conditioning Platform

The Signal Conditioning Platform (SCP) with Ethernet options centralizes equipment configuration and optimizes usability for maximum flexibility. It ensures process reliability and enables early detection of unsafe operating conditions in fixed or mobile high-speed combustion analysis applications.Flexible System with Centralized ControlKistlers network-compatible SCP can be equipped with application-specific measuring modules to accomplish various measuring tasks, for example with the Type 5064C charge amplifier module for piezoelectric sensors or Type 4665B for piezoresistive sensors. The new platform allows virtual linkage of the systems deployed, so all SCPs can be operated from one centrally controlled PC. Intuitive GUI for Simple and Quick Data HandlingThe SCPs intuitive GUI provides an overview of all key data, such as measuring module configurations, sensor data and operating times, so that all changes can be made on a single screen for simple and quick data handling. An Export function converts the data into various formats to document all the measurement settings. Cylinder peak pressure histograms for each sensor can be created at the click of a button while users can immediately detect sensor load and strain, as well as any irregularities.

Systems For Process Monitoring

The maXYmos XY monitors make it possible to check and evaluate the quality of a product or production step on the basis of a curve. The user can apply evaluation objects in order to adapt the curve evaluation to the individual monitoring task. Based on this specification, the maXYmos can check each workpiece and decide whether the part is good or bad.The maXYmos NC controls, monitors, evaluates and documents XY progressions for joining and press-fitting processes in combination with NC joining modules and the associated servo amplifier IndraDrive. The shape of the measurement curve allow the quality of individual manufacturing steps, assembly groups or even an entire product to be monitored and controlled in real-time.
