L&Ts range of capacitor duty Contactors is specially designed for capacitor switching applications. As capacitor switching is associated with high inrush current, the contactors are provided with damping resistors which limit the value of inrush current to a safe value. The contactors are used in APFC panels for switching power capacitors. Manual operation of motorised changeover switch is also feasible through the manual override feature. The Control supply of motorised changeover will automatically cut off during insertion of manual handle.Motorised Changeover comes with a AutoManual selector switch.
