Our electric motor laminations are widely used in motors and generators for aerospace applications, electro motion, military and food processing applications. We manufacture laminations and lamination segments that range from 0.5" to 36" in diameter. Various presses ranging from 3 to 330 ton in capacity allow us to handle diverse production requirements, be it a single unit or several million units. Our services include prototyping and assembly of parts.
From coining and deep drawing to progressive die and robotic stamping, LCS Company uses different types of production methods to fabricate custom metal stampings. Depending on the production requirements, operations are chosen to create prototypes as well as contract manufacturing volumes. Stamping capabilities that range from 3 to 330 tons, allow us to handle all bulk, short run, miniature, as well as micro miniature requirements efficiently. LCS Company also has an inventory of punch presses, hydraulic presses, and roll forming equipment to meet your most demanding requirements.
LCS Company produces brackets and clamps in custom sizes to meet diverse industry demands. We manufacture mounting brackets, PC boardcomputer brackets, rack brackets, wire cable clamps, and several other products. Our products are available with washable, airtight, and acid resistant characteristics. All production runs, be it low, high, or medium volume, can be handled by us. In addition, we can paint, plate, and heat treat the parts as well.
LCS Company uses 30-ton hi-speed Bruderer presses to perform automated progressive tooling for creating micro miniature stampings. Terminals, contacts, rack mounts, pins, wire forms, and other miniature parts are stamped at our facility. Stamping parts in micro sizes as small as 0.1" x 0.1" x 0.1" is our specialty. Our miniature stampings are widely used as supports, mounts, as well as for cable retaining or conductive applications in the electronic industry.
We produce custom shims and washers for all types of low and high volume as well as long run production requirements. Manufacturing compression, laminated, sheet, and tab types of shims is our specialty. An array of vertical machining centers, pedestal grinders, and high-speed lathes allows us to create elliptical, square, as well as slotted geometries. Intricate features can also be laser cut, stamped, or photo etched on parts. Flat, flush, flanged, and several other types of washers can be manufactured.
We produce custom metal cans, cups, and housings for all types of prototype and mid volume requirements. Our products exhibit different characteristics to suit applications in compressors, pumps, material handling equipment, and flow meters. They are acid resistant, color-coded, waterproof, and self-sealable. We use unique material flow technology to create special features on these parts, which would normally require a machining operation.
