1) seller issues spa and buyer signs, returns to seller with
government issued crude oil import license

2) seller provide storage information to buyer for verification
and confirmation of the storage information for physical
verification by the buyer will include the following documents:


a) tank storage receipt (tsr)
b) authority to sell (ats)

3) upon confirmation buyer issues instrument dlc/mt799 for
reassignment / title, dta, clearance and q&q.

4) seller confirms instrument and issues dta and clearance to buyer.

5) seller issues dta and buyer conducts q&q.

6) upon successful q&q result, product is discharged in buyers tank.

7) buyer pays with mt103, final commercial invoice includes cost of the
tank farm and simultaneously pay all agent and facilitators
commission per imfpa in this spa.

8) seller transfer products title and all relevant documents to buyer.

9) next delivery / loading commence.
