Customers prior tube notching operation was performed in a progressive die set with an hourly through put of 125 pieces. Lomar designed auto load system with pick and place part transfer with tube notching and end foming to produce 480 parts per hours.

Lomar designs and builds custom welding cells. Choose from dedicated cells or cells with interchangeable fixtures for flexibility. Robotic integration for welding and part transfer, or manual load and unload cells with fixed part placement.

Lomar offers a complete line of tube end forming machines with standard tube clamp up or with secondary tube clamp up. Choose from single hit machines, up to six hit machines. Available with servo shuttle tool head for flexibility and higher production rates required for today's manufacturing environment.

Induction brazing allows for precise localized heat control for critical applications. High energy efficiency coupled with the ability to control temperature, exposure time and cool down makes induction brazing ideal for many applications.

Single station flame braze machines are ideal for lower volume products. Braze machines can be dedicated to a single part, or designed with inter-changeable part fixtures adding versatility required in today's manufacturing environments.
