LOPASIL® brand products are paper release liners with silicone coated directly on one or both sides. Paper and silicone formulation solutions are based on factors like whether the release liner will be removed during a high speed converting process or individually by an end-user. Most products are available with one-color printing. All are available with a solventless or a solvent-based coating and with easy or modified release properties.

POLY SLIK® brand products are in-house extrusion coated and siliconised release papers. POLY SLIK® is ideal for certain uses within the graphics and medical markets. They offer excellent: Dimensional stability Flatness Surface smoothness Strength properties Colors available: white and natural (unbleached) Base papers: Various grades available. Polymers used: LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and Polypropylene Finishes: Matte or Gloss Silicone coatings: One or two sides with either solvent based or solventless silicones. FILM PLUS® products have polyolefin extruded onto two sides of a film substrate. A typical construction would have polyolefin extruded onto two sides of a PET film, then silicone coated on onto one of both sides. Alternate base films can be used to meet application specific needs. These liners are ideal for certain uses within medical, industrial and tape market segments.

PRIMELINER™ range of products are direct silicone coated polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), and polystyrene (PS) films with either one or two-sided release options. In addition to standard one and two-sided silicone coatings, we offer very stable one and two-sided siliconized liner with the option to use solvent-based or solventless chemistries. This product line is ideal for certain uses in the medical, industrial, and composites industries.

At Loparex, our coated blown films are available from 30 to 350 microns (1.2 to 14.0 mils) thickness and in widths up to 2337 mm (92”), and in multiple colors depending on resin, caliper and width produced.
