Minimize the Cleanup of Parts after Manufacturing is CompletedThe MinaMizer is aptly named because it minimizes the amount of air and fluid used in fine spray applications. It is common sense to use equipment sophisticated enough to dispense the least amount of fluid necessary to accomplish the right amount of coverage for a particular application. Using excess fluid accomplishes nothing except increasing material cost, part cleanup cost and machine cleanup cost.

The MinaMizer uses precision air and fluid regulators that hold true to their settings to maintain the fluid and air pressures being dispensed out the nozzles. Precision Needle valves control the volume of fluid being dispensed out of the nozzle. A variety of controls, both manual and computer controlled are offered to allow for individual preferences in setting up an installation.

The design of the MinaMizer Nozzle allows for an even, consistent, low pressure, low volume spray pattern. When the MinaMizer is activated a low pressure air assist allows the fluid to be dispensed in a light coating from a single or multiple nozzles. The low pressure breaks the fluid to be dispensed in a light coating from a single or multiple nozzles. All the nozzles, ( up to six) work in unison to cover large or small areas with an even coating. Nozzles can dispense fluid continuously or in an OnOff mode as directed by a LSP Electronic Controller.

Airless Spray System

The MaxaMizer is a computer controlled, low pressure, airless spray system that dispenses lubricant from as many as twelve nozzles. A LSP computer controls the spraying of the lubricant and can be located remote from the manifold and the nozzles. The manifold can be up to eight feet from the controller and the nozzles can be up to eight feet from the manifold for a total of sixteen feet from the LSP computer. Ideal for large stamping presses, transfer presses, roll formers and other types of metal forming machines.


The simplicity of the LSP MaxaMizer allows the lubricating systems to be set up in a matter of minutes on the press. Nozzles can be located on the press in two ways. They can be located on the press with strong magnets and repositioned when a new die is placed in the press. They can also be built into the die with in-die nozzles. Quick disconnects are used on the supply lines so that when a die is to be removed the lines are disconnected and the die removed. When the new die with in-die nozzles is inserted in the press the quick disconnect is reconnected and MaxiMizer is ready to go.
The MaxaMizer controls allows the operator to shut off nozzles that are not needed for a particular die set up. The operator then has the ability to individually program each of the operating nozzles as to when they will spray and how much lubricant each nozzle will dispense during the cycle of the press. When dies are changed, nozzles that were inactive can be repositioned and reprogrammed and active nozzles can be deactivated until further need.

Airless Lubricating Dispensing System

Low Pressure Air Assist Lubricant Dispensing System or Airless Lubricating Dispensing System The MeterMizer is a positive displacement pump that dispenses lubricant into a low pressure steam of air or can dispense a controlled drop of fluid, void of air, to the work area. The low pressure air carries the lubricant to the work area and delivers it as a Minimum Quantity Lubrication non-fogging spray.


The dispensing of the lubricant can be controlled with a manual OnOff valve, solenoid valve, LSP Electronic Controllers and the LSP Air Timer. It can dispense in predetermined repeatable actuations, single shots or be tied into a machine and dispense on each cycle of the machine.
