Cemco Turbo vertical shaft impact crusher, VSI, model MDEV80, Turbo80. Crushing chamber measures 6' diameter X 4' high sidewall, with 35" diameter Superchipper rotor assembly. Product is fed through 15" diameter center top opening thru rotor with 12" x 8" openings, spreading feed material into crushing chamber. Inside wall includes heavy duty anvil ring with stationary anvils along circumference of chamber. Rotor is driven by twin drives, 250 HP and 150 HP (460 volt, 1785 RPM, 360Hz) thru V-belt assemblies, connected to common sheave. Product discharges through 36" x 15" split discharges. Top cover is removeable with swing assembly, controlled by manually operated hydraulic cylinder. Serial# 4156.

High temperature rotary calciner, indirect fired, tube measures approx. 6" diameter x 5' long tube on stainless stand. It is gas fired through a fire box around the outside, has a blower on the floor for combustion gases. There is no name plate visible. Last used in oil sands pilot plant.

Cooling tower, heat exchanger, closed loop, 21, 433 sq. ft., of 1.05" OD X .049, 304 stainless steel tube. Manufactured by Niagara Blower, model # 44029-SL. Two unit design, last used on cooling demineralized water, (4) fans, 12' diameter with 75 HP each, 4 tube bundles, 564 tubes x 35' long, cooled 3, 800 gallons per minute of water from 146 deg. F. to 85 deg. F. at 50 PSI. Excellent condition.

Shriver recessed plate filter press with (20) 48" x 48", 3" thick polypropylene chambers, 58" deep recess. 3" diameter corner eyes, 5" diameter center feed. Unit is complete with Vickers hydraulic pump with reservoir for hydraulic closing, automatic plate shifters, less control panel. Press rated approx 640 square feet of filtering area & 30 cubic foot cake capacity.

Daniels Food Equipment model # DMX 500 QUAD mixer, approximately 15 cubic foot capacity. Chamber measures 33" long X 24" wide X 30" deep. Includes single ribbon with paddle attachment mounted on common shaft. Ribbon and paddles measure 14" thick. Includes hinged lid. Unit has 1" diameter centerbottom outlet. Includes tilt mechanism. Driven by 5 HP, 230460V, 360hz motor. Previously used in food operation.

(2) Perforate basket centrifuge, manufactured by Sanborn Process Equipment, model number MCAI-1189. All stainless steel contacts. Bowl measures 30" diameter X 18" deep. Maximum operating temperature of 150 degrees Fahranheit, maximum pressure rating of 0.3 PSIG. Unit rated for 95 pounds per square foot bulk product density. Unit is hydraulically driven with 40 HP, 230460 Volts, 1760 RPM, 360 Hz TECO Motor.
