MAGicALL designs and manufactures custom brushless motors ranging in power from Watts to 1 MW and speeds from very slow to those in excess of 100, 000 rpm. MAGicALL designs both permanent magnet and induction machines and can help determine which topology is best for a given application. Motors may be supplied with gear sets, as complete motors or in open frame configurations. MAGicALL’s custom designs provide the customer exactly what they want at a price competitive with off-the-shelf products but with much better performance.

These generators are up to 60% lighter and smaller than those commonly found in the industry, and with higher efficiency. MAGicALL’s custom designs provide the customer exactly what they want at a price competitive with off-the-shelf products but with much better performance.

MAGicALL employs proprietary tools and know-how to design and manufacture transformers from 1kVA up to 1 MW. These transformers are up to 60% lighter and smaller than those commonly found in the industry, and with higher efficiency. MAGicALL specializes in high-frequency transformer design, compliant with UL and CE requirements.

MAGicALL offers lamination build-to-print production service. Laminations are laser-cutstamped, stacked and processed to customer specification using MAGicALL’s AS9100C approved control processes
